Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines stickstoffhaltigen Küpenfarbstofes. Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines stickstoffhaltigen Küpen- farbstoffes beschrieben, wonach man Tri- halogenpyranthron mit 1-Aminoanthrachinon umsetzt.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man ebenfalls einen sehr wertvollen, stickstoffhaltigen Küpen- farbstoff erhält, wenn man 1 Mol Dihalogen- pyrarithron, das durch Halogenieren von Pyranthron in Chlorsulfonsäure bei 65-70 erhalten werden kann, mit 2 Mol 4-Amino- 1.1'-diarithrimid umsetzt.
Der Farbstoff ent steht beispielsweise in vorzüglieher Ausbeute, wenn man das Dihalogenpyranthron mit dem 4-Amino-1.1'-dianthrimid erhitzt, wobei es vorteilhaft ist, in Gegenwart von hochsieden den Lösungsmitteln zu arbeiten. Statt der hochsiedenden Lösungsmittel kann man auch hochsiedende Verdünnungsmittel verwenden, und es ist sowohl beim Arbeiten mit Lösungs- und Verdünnungsmitteln, oder beiden, als auch beim Arbeiten ohne diese oftmals auch von Vorteil, wenn bei der Umsetzung die Reaktion fördernde Stoffe, wie Katalysatoren, säurebindende Mittel etc. zugegen sind.
Der neue Küperrfarbstofl ist ein schwarzes Pulver, löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefel säure mit blauer Farbe und färbt Baumwolle aus violettroter Küpe in dunkelvioletten, hervorragend echten Tönen an. <I>Beispiel:</I> Man suspendiert 56 Teile Dibrompyran- thron, 80 Teile 4-Amino-1.1'-dianthrimid, 20 Teile Natriamacetat und 10 Teile Kupfer karbonat in 500 Teilen Nitrobenzol und kocht unter Rühren 24 Stunden. Nach dem Erkalten arbeitet man in der üblichen Weise auf. "
