Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpenfarbstoffes. Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpenfarbstoffes be schrieben, bei dem man Monohalogendibenz- anthron mit 1 - Aminoanthrachinon um setzt.
Es wurde nun gefunden, da.ss man eben falls einen neuen wertvollen güpenfarbstoff erhält, wenn man 1 Mol. 6. 6' - Dihalogen- isodibenzanthron, mit 2 Mol. 1 - Aminoan- thrachinon umsetzt. Hierbei kann man in Gegenwart von Verdünnungsmitteln, Ka talysatoren und säurebindenden Mitteln ar beiten.
Der neue Farbstoff löst sich in konzen trierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe und liefert auf Baumwolle aus rotstichig- bläuer Küpe violette, hervorragend echte Färbungen, deren vorzügliche Wasch- und Beuchechtheit besonders zu erwähnen ist, und die beim Befeuchten mit Wasser die Farbe nicht ändern, <I>Beispiel:
</I> 61,5 Teile 6,6' - Dibromisodibenzanthron (dargestellt nach dem Schweizer - Patent 120711) werden in 1000 Teilen Nitrobenzol mit 50 Teilen Natriumacetat, 7 Teilen Kup feracetat und 50 Teilen 1- Aminoanthrachi- non solange unter Rühren gekocht, bis keine Zunahme der Farbstoffbildung mehr zu be obachten ist. Dann arbeitet man wie üblich auf.
