Bicycle support. The invention relates to a bicycle support that can be attached to the frame of a bicycle so that it remains firmly connected to the bicycle both in the position of use and in the position of use.
The present support differs from such known bicycle supports, in which a support rod provided with automatically spreading feet in a guide sleeve, which has means to attach it to the bicycle frame, is pulled out and released from the two end positions by means of a key in that the keyhole located in the movable support rod is attached to a side surface thereof, the key shaft slides in a longitudinal slot of the stationary guide sleeve and there is a passage for the key bit only at the lower end of the longitudinal slot,
which allows the pulling out of the support rod from the two Endgtellutigen releasing key only in the use position of the bicycle support.
This ensures that, on the one hand, when the bicycle support is in the non-use position, the key cannot be pulled out of the support rod lock, i.e. it cannot be lost, while on the other hand the bicycle support is in the use position if the key is removed , ,
also serves as a safety device for the bike to prevent unauthorized removal. In the drawing, the subject of the invention is presented in one embodiment, namely show:
Fig. 1 shows the rear part of a bicycle with the support in the position of use in a side view, Figs. 2 and 3 the support in a front view, in the position of use and the non-use position, Fig 4 and 5 the upper part of the support in the non-use position in side and rear view, on a larger scale, and Fig. 6 the lower part of the support in the use position, in side view , on a larger scale.
The bicycle support is fastened by means of clamps b or in any other suitable manner to the tube a of the bicycle frame carrying the saddle and the fastening is such that it is easy to adjust the support higher or lower on the tube a, depending on the removal of the crank bearing from the ground.
The bicycle support has an advantageous guide sleeve c which is rectangular in cross section and which is provided with a narrow longitudinal slot f on one or both sides. The lower end of the guide sleeve c is provided with a funnel-shaped extension lt . In the guide sleeve c, the support rod d is mounted in a longitudinally displaceable manner so that it can be pushed into the guide sleeve and pulled out of the same.
At the (internally free end of the support rod d ) two foot rails h, h , which are under the action of springs i, are attached to swing around a pin q, which spreads apart when the support is in use stand on the floor while in the non-use position they are in alignment with the support rod.
The feet h, li, advantageously have a U-shaped cross-sectional shape, so that when the support rod is pushed into the guide sleeve, one foot rail can swing into the other against the action of the springs i.
To fix the support rod in its two end positions, there is a lock consisting of a spring bolt 1 in the upper part of the support rod, and there are detents n above and below in the guide sleeve, ni attached, into which the spring bolt 1 falls. The movement of the spring bolt 1 out of the notches n # n 'takes place by means of a key e, the shaft of which slides in the narrow longitudinal slot f of the stationary guide sleeve e.
A passage m for the key bit is only located at the lower end of the longitudinal slot f, so that the key e can only be pulled out of the support rod lock when the bicycle support is in the position of use. In the position of use of the bicycle support shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 6, the support rod is so far out of the guide sleeve o pulled out so that the feet h, h , which were spread out by the feathers, stand on the floor.
The spring bolt 1 is in the notch n 'and the Schlümel is removed.
If the bicycle support is in the position of use and the key is pulled out of the lock, the bicycle support serves as a safeguard for the bicycle against unauthorized removal, because without a suitable key it is impossible to return the support rod to the non-use position. The bicycle rests on a wheel, on the rear wheel and the support. For example, when cleaning the bicycle, you can first move the front wheel and then, by relieving the load on the rear wheel, move it too freely.
When the bicycle is to be used, the spring bolt 1 is first lifted out of the detent 10 by means of the key e and, using the key e as a handle, the support rod d, < / B> pulled into the guide sleeve. During the insertion movement of the support rod d into the guide sleeve o , the spread out feet h, h hit the lower funnel-shaped end k </ B > of the guide sleeve e, whereby, when the support rod d is raised further, under tension of the springs i and the pin g , they swing and collapse so that they are in alignment with the support stand d and can be pulled into the guide sleeve.
The key e moves upwards in the longitudinal slot f of the guide sleeve c and as soon as the support rod is pulled all the way up into the guide sleeve o , the spring bolt 1 </ B falls > into the detent n and holds the support rod in the non-use position. At the upper end of the longitudinal slot f of the guide sleeve c there is no passage for the key bit, so that the key cannot be pulled out of the support rod lock when the bicycle support is not in use .
