Description
Device for the mechanical laying of aerial cables on support rollers attached to cantilever masts. The subject of the present invention is a device for the mechanical laying of aerial cables on support rollers attached to cantilever masts and is characterized in that above these support rollers the one strand of a capstan operated pull rope is arranged without end and a driving shoe coupled to this strand is provided on which the The cables to be laid can be attached to be pulled over the support rollers by means of the winch, with organs being provided
which ensure that the cable falls securely into the rollers.
On the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment from the subject of the invention is shown. It shows: Fig.l the general arrangement of the device, Fi. 2 shows a view of the roller carrier and the driver shoe in the direction of the conveyor rope when the cable is placed, FIG. 3 shows the roller carrier and the conveyor rope in side view, and FIG. 4 shows a plan view of the roller carrier; Figures 5 and 6 are end and side views of the driver shoe.
According to Fig. 1, one operated by a capstan winch 1 and looped around a ver anchored bottle 2 in the earth, endless pull rope 3 on rollers 4 at the end of from laying 5 of the masts 6 out of the winch upward running strand of this pull rope is intended as a hoisting rope for the aerial cable 9 to be placed on the support rollers 7 and running from a drum 8. Each support roller 7 is rotatably arranged together with a guide roller 4 and below the same on a rail 10 which is suspended at the end of the boom and is provided with a hook, so that the aerial cable pulled by the conveyor rope passes over the support roller.
The end of the air cable 9 is connected to a driver shoe 11 is. According to FIGS. 5 and 6, this shoe has a sheet metal cap 12, one edge of which is bent around the hoisting rope at 13 according to the shape of the guide groove of the roller 4 and by means of a wedge 15 which is supported against a bar 14 firmly connected to the shoe is clamped on the hoisting rope 4; the other edge of the sheet metal cap hangs down over the roller 4 and has holes 17 in which the aerial cable 9 is tied.
In order to get the sheet metal cap in its position, even between the masts where the rope sags heavily, an arm 19 with a sliding weight 20 is fastened by means of a disc joint 21 on a riveted angle 18. So that this arm 19 is not stopped when it encounters any scaffolding parts present between the support masts 6, the Scheibenge steering 21 allows the arm to swing back so that it can slide over an obstacle, and a deflector plate 22 provided on the rail 10 prevents a disruptive encounter of the weight 20 with this rail.
It should be emphasized as an advantage of the device described that a rotation BEZW. Unwinding the cable to be laid is excluded, which was not always the case with previous facilities.
Means are also provided which ensure that the aerial cable falls safely into the roller 7. These means consist on the one hand of a deflector arm 23 which is rotatably held in a pin 24 arranged on the bearing of the roller 7 and leans against a cross member 25 on the boom 5 and carries a block 26 provided with a deflector surface directed towards the roller groove. On the other hand, a similar block 27 is attached to the rail 10 opposite this block.
