Description
Driving switches, in particular for electric traction vehicles. With travel switches, especially for electric traction vehicles, a contact group is used in many cases for direct or indirect regulation of the speed, with many regulation levels and correspondingly large shadow roller and travel switch dimensions in consideration of the maximum permissible tensile force or torque fluctuations result.
The subject matter of the present invention is a travel switch, in which it is possible to achieve a significantly smaller number of contacts and smaller travel switch dimensions with the same number of regulating stages.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment from the subject of the invention. A represents the crank of a driving switch; B is a regulating roller covering that is driven by the travel crank via a ratio of 1: 1, i.e. it also makes one revolution at the same time as the travel crank. a-k are the associated contact fingers. C is a roller covering which is driven by the same crank A via a ratio of 1: 2 and through which the contacts d and m are switched. This covering makes half as many turns as the crank and the covering B. E and F are regulating resistors of the same ohmic value; D is an excitation winding for a dynamo.
The switching of the resistor E by means of the roller covering B and the contacts a-k, for example the gradual switch-off of the resistor, takes place at the regulation levels 0-10. When you switch to level 11, the roller coating C runs against the contacts 1 and m and maintains the resistance conditions last brought about by coating B with regard to the ohmic value. As a result, the roller covering B with the contacts a-k for a second switching sequence on the regulating stages 11-20 free, respectively. the regulating resistor E is switched off a second time down to 0.
By changing the transmission ratio between crank and surface C (e.g. from 1: 2 to 1: 3, 1: 4 etc.) and by changing the surface C accordingly and using several resistors F, surface B can be _ can also be used more than twice and so either the number of stages is increased or the number of contacts is reduced with the same number of stages.
