Fig. 1 zeigt die Überwachungsvorrichtung einer Gestellschlussanzeigevorrichtung.
Fig. 2 zeigt die Überwachung einer Strom- steigerungsanzeigevorrichtung.
Device for monitoring fault display devices in electrical machines. The invention relates to a device for monitoring fault display devices in electrical machines. According to the invention, this consists in that means are provided in order to purposely energize the relays that respond when an error occurs. The monitoring is advantageously carried out in that voltages or currents are impressed on the individual relays which correspond to those that arise when an error is displayed. Relays are to be understood as those relays that are the first to indicate the error or are influenced by the error.
These can, for example, forward an actuation command, possibly via other auxiliary or intermediate relays.
If the display devices have a backup throttle, it is advisable to use a test button on the backup throttle to read the voltage or current applied to the individual relays. You can of course also take the voltage or the current from another voltage source. Voltage or current can be applied to the individual relays either directly via converters or directly, if necessary via resistors.
It is advisable to regulate the voltage applied to the individual relays or the current fed to the individual relays by appropriately dimensioning the voltage or current transformers or the resistors so that the individual relays are under the stress at which they are exposed to one Network faults should definitely address. The resistors or the converters are conveniently switched on using test buttons.
In order to avoid unnecessary shutdown of the electrical machine, the test buttons can be coupled to a changeover switch, for example mechanical or electrical, which switches over when the test buttons are pressed so that the switch to be operated in the event of a fault is not switched off, but only an optical or acoustic signal is activated. Such a switchover may only take place when the test button is pressed, so that it must definitely be canceled again when the test button is released.
It is advisable to secure the test button against unintentional pressing by either installing it countersunk or using a switch instead of the test button that can only be operated with a special key. In the latter case, the switch must be designed so that when the key is released or removed, the switch actively switches itself off again.
The figures show exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows the monitoring device of a frame closure display device. The G estellschlussanzeigevorrichtung consists of the wattmetric relay 1, whose current coil is connected to the three parallel secondary sides of the current transformers 2, 3 and 4, and its voltage coil on the voltage converter 5, which is connected between the zero point of the generator 6 and earth is connected. The monitoring device consists of the double test button 7, through which it is possible to apply a voltage of the support throttle 8 via the current transformer 9 to the current coil and via the current transformer 10 to the voltage coil of the wattmetric relay.
2 shows the monitoring of a current increase display device. The current relays 11, 12 and 13 are influenced by the current converters 14, 15 and 16. The test device consists of the multiple test button 17, which applies a phase voltage from the support choke 8 to the display relays 11, 12 and 13 via the three current transformers 19 connected in parallel on the primary side. When the test button is switched on, the display relays switch off.
3 shows a device for monitoring a voltage increasing device. The voltage relay is connected to the tertiary winding of the supporting choke B. The monitoring device consists of the double test button 20, which supplies the voltage of one phase of the tertiary winding of the supporting choke 8 to the relay 22 via a voltage converter 21.
Fig. 4 shows a further device for monitoring various error display devices in electrical machines. The three-phase generator 31 is connected to the network 33 via the switch 32. The current transformer groups 34, 35, 36 and 37, 38, 39 belonging to one another are located between the machine and the network or between the machine and the star point , 41, 42 switched. Between the last-mentioned current transformer and the machine, the support choke 43, which has a primary winding, secondary winding and tertiary winding, is connected to the network.
The zero point of the generator is grounded via the voltage converter 44. A current transformer 45 is connected between the zero point of the generator and the zero point of the choke coil and feeds the current coils of the turn-on relay 46. The voltage coils of the short-circuit relay 46 are in a known manner at two voltages of different phases of the tertiary winding of the backup inductor 43. The current coil of the frame circuit relay 47 carries the total current of the current transformers 40, 41, 42.
In the selected embodiment, the voltage coil of the frame closing relay is connected to the voltage converter 44. The overcurrent relays 48, 49 and 50 are connected to the secondary windings of the current converters 40, 41, 42. The overvoltage relay 51 is connected to a linked voltage of the backup choke via the resistor 52 43.
The differential relays 53, 54, 55 for the winding fault display device each have a phase current flowing through them from the parallel-connected secondary sides of the two current transformer groups 34, 35, 36 and 37, 38, 39.
The two contacts of the individual relays are in the usual way with one pole of a battery 56 on the individual display devices 57, for example drop flaps, and a short-term (58) or long-term (59) timing relay and the auxiliary relay 60 in a known manner riding the trip coil 61 of the main switch and the trip coil 62 of the de-exciter a related party. The test devices according to the invention can be operated by the test buttons 241, 211, 221, 231, 261, 271, 281 and the double test button 201.
In order to avoid switching off or de-energizing the electrical machine when one of these test buttons is pressed, a toggle button 63 is provided irr the feed line of the interconnected timing relays 58 and 59 to the trip coils of the main switch 61 and the de-energizing contactor 62, which, when actuated, the timing relay disconnects from said trip coils and instead switches to a display device, for example a test lamp 64 or a horn 65.
When the test button 241 is actuated, the resistor 52 is short-circuited and there, through the voltage relay 51, is directly connected to a linked voltage of the tertiary winding of the support choke 43, whereby the relay responds.
By actuating the test buttons 211, 221 and 231, one of the associated overcurrent relays 48, 49, 50 is applied to a phase voltage of the tertiary winding of the support inductor 43 via the resistors 66, and one of the is given by pressing the test buttons 261, 271 and 281 Differential relays 53, 54 and 55 placed through the resistors 67 to a phase voltage of the tertiary winding of the support inductor 48, whereby the corresponding relays are put into action.
By actuating the double test button 201, a phase voltage of the tertiary winding of the support inductor 43 is applied via the resistor 66 to the current coil of the frame relay 47, and a chained voltage to the voltage coil of the same relay via the resistor 68, which causes the frame closing relay to respond comes. When one of the test buttons 241, 211, 221, 231, 261, 271, 281 and the double test button 201 are operated, the toggle key 63 must be operated at the same time in order to avoid switching off or de-energizing the electrical machine.
The short-circuit relays 46 are made to respond by the double test button 69, since if this button is not pressed, an artificial imbalance is created in the support choke.
Fig. 5 shows a further Ausführungsbei game of the subject invention. The generator 101 is connected to the network 103 via the current converters 104, 105 and 106 and the switch 102. The secondary sides of the individual current converters are connected to the current relays 123, 124 and 125. In addition, a backup choke 113 is provided whose tertiary phase voltage is above the resistors 137 can be applied to the individual current relays by pressing the test buttons 331, 341 and 351. The resistors 137 are calculated so that the current flowing through the relays when the test buttons are pressed corresponds to the minimum current at which the overcurrent relay should respond.
The test buttons are still coupled to the changeover switch 133 which, when the test button is not pressed, connects the emergency voltage 126 via the contacts of the overcurrent relay in a known manner to the trip coil 131 of the main switch 102, so that when the overcurrent relay responds in the event of an overcurrent in the network, switch 112 is released. When the test buttons 331, 341 and 351 are pressed, the toggle switch 133 is automatically switched over, so that the trigger coil 131 is not energized, but the signaling device 134 to avoid unnecessary switching off of the switch 107 when testing the device.
The test buttons 331, 341 and 351 are each surrounded by a protective cap 140, 141, 142, so that inadvertent pressing of the test buttons is avoided.
