Aufnahmevorrichtung für Walzen mit lichtempfindlielier Auflage. Es sind Bildtrommelanardnungen für Bildtelegraphie bekannt, bei denen die Bild trommel eine sie umgebende Kassette be sitzt, in die sie in der Dunkelkammer ein gesetzt wird, so dass sie bei Tageslicht in den Empfangsapparat eingesetzt werden kann. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine besondere Gestaltung dieser Kassette, die eine leichte Bedienung ermöglicht und vor allem einen sicheren Schutz gegen ver sehentliche Belichtung der lichtempfind lichen Auflage gibt.
Durch die Zeichnung wird die Erfindung beispielsweise näher beschrieben, und zwar zeigt Abb. 1 eine Ausführungsform der Er findung im Längsschnitt gesehen, Abb. 2 dasselbe Beispiel in Draufsicht, Abb. 3 ein Einzelstück der Anordnung, nämlich den Konus der Tragachse.
Der Achsenstumpf a endigt in einem Ko nus b, der die Bildtrommel c trägt. Der Ko nus, ein Hohlkonus, ist schräg abgeschnitten und an der tiefsten Stelle der Schnittfläche mit einem Schlitz d versehen. Der Trommel konus e trägt innen einen Stift f, der beim Aufsetzen der Trommel auf der schrägen Schnittfläche des Konus b gleitet, wobei er den Konus dreht und schliesslich in den Schlitz d zu liegen kommt.
Dadurch wird erreicht, dass die Stossstelle des Bildes immer in die gleiche Winkelstellung zur Achse a kommt, und wenn die Achse a durch eine phasenrichtige Friktionskupplung -immer in gleicher Winkelstellung an den @Synchron- motor gekuppelt wird, beim Auswechseln der Trommeln auf die Winkelstellung keine Rücksicht genommen zu werden braucht, so lange der Synchronismus des Antriebs motors erhalten bleibt.
Die Kassette besteht in der Hauptsache aus einem zylindrischen Teil g, der in einen am Apparat festen Führungszylinder h ein geschoben wird. Durch Feder und Nut er halten beide Zylinder immer die gleiche Winkelstellung zueinander. Die Kassette bleibt während der Belichtung in dem Ap parat. Um die Belichtung der Trommel zu ermöglichen, besitzen Kassettenzylinder und _ Führungszylinder an einer Stelle einen Aus schnitt i. Dieser Ausschnitt ist durch einen Schieber k lichtdicht verschlossen, solange die Kassette sich nicht in dem Abtastappa- rat befindet.
Der Schieber k ist als Teil einer Zylinderfläche ausgebildet und an dem Deckel Z des Kassettenzylinders 'be festigt, mit dem er gegen den Zylinder g gedreht werden kann. Den untern Abschluss der Kassette bildet die Trommel selbst, in dem sich ihr Rand na an den Rand n der Kassette lichtdicht anlegt. Um dies zu er reichen, wird mit dem Griff,oi das Gewinde p in die Trommel hinein geschraubt.
Durch Ziehen an dem Griff o wird die Trommel von dem Konus p abgehoben und mit der Kassette aus dem Apparat herausgezogen. Eine Feder q sorgt dafür, dass der Verschluss bei<I>m,</I> n sich dabei nicht öffnet. In der Dunkelkammer kann nach Lösen, der Schraube p die Trommel aus der Kassette herausgenommen werden. Ebenso wird nach dem Einsetzen in den Abtastapparat durch ein faches Drehen am Griff o die Trommel von der Kassette losgelöst und auf den Konus U der Antriebsachse gesetzt.
Folgende selbsttätige Sicherungen dienen dazu, ein versehentliches Belichten des auf die Trommel aufgespannten lichtempfind lichen Filmes oder Papieres zu verhindern: Bei herausgenommener Kassette greift zu nächst ein am Deckel l der Kassette befind licher Stift r, von einer Feder s herunter gedrückt, in ein Loch t, das sich im Rande ta der Kassette g befindet, und macht eine Drehung des Deckels l und damit das Öff nen des Schiebers<I>k</I> unmöglich. Ein Stift<I>v</I> in dem Apparatgehäuse lt hebt beim Ein setzen der Kassette diese Blockierung auf, indem er den Stift<I>r</I> aus dem Loch<I>t</I> ver drängt.
Beim Öffnen des. Kassettenschiebers k kommt die Nase w unter- den vorspringen den Rand x zu liegen, der auf dem Apparat- gehäuse fest aufgesetzt ist. So@ wird das Herausziehen der Kassette unmöglich ge macht, solange der Schieber geöffnet ist.
Es wäre jetzt aber noch möglich, die Kas:A@tte nach Verschliessen des Schiebers herauszuziehen, ohne dass' die Trommel in der Kassette befestigt ist. Diese Möglich keit wird ausgeschlossen durch den Hebel p. Durch die Feder z wird das Ende dieses Hebels in ein Loch j im Rand der Kas sette hineingedrückt und die Drehung des Deckels l so lange blockiert, bis der Griff o nach dem Einschrauben des Gewindes p in die Trommel durch Betätigung des Hebels p die Verbindung )zwischen Kassettendeckel und Kassettenrand gelöst hat.
Die Erfindung ist ausser auf Bildwalzen in der Bildübertragung auch noch pum Beispiel auf Oszillographen anwendbar.
