Vorrichtung zum Niederklappen des Klosettsitzes. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Niederklappen des Klosettsitzes entgegen der Wirkung eines Gegengewichtes. Die Vorrichtung besitzt zu diesem Zweck ein am Sitzbrett angelenktes Zugorgan, welches an einem mit einem Pe dal versehenen, in einer Führung gleitbar gelagerten Körper befestigt ist, das Ganze derart, dass durch Niederdrücken des Pedals das Sitzbrett entgegen der Wirkung des Gegengewichtes niedergeklappt wird.
In beiliegender Zeichnung ist eine bei spielsweise Ausführungsform der Vorrichtung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt; Fig.1 die Vorrichtung im Schnitt, an einem Klosett mit aufgeklapptem Sitzbrett. Fig. 2 stellt dieselbe Vorrichtung bei nie dergeklapptem Sitzbrett dar.
Fig. 3 zeigt einen Teil der Vorrichtung für sich allein von einer andern Seite gesehen. In der Zeichnung ist 1 eine Klosett schüssel mit dem in üblicber Weise um einen Zapfen 2 schwenkbar gelagerten Sitzbrett 3. Die Vorrichtung weist ein rohrförmiges Ge- häuse 4 auf, welches in einem Fussflansch 5 befestigt und oben durch einen Deckel 6 abgeschlossen ist. Das Gehäuse besitzt einen seitlichen Schlitz 7 und an dessen unterem Ende eine Rast B. Durch diesen Schlitz ragt ein an einem im Gehäuse 4 gleitbar gelagerten Körper 9 befestigter Arm 10 nach aussen, welcher ein Pedal 11 trägt.
Unter Zwischen schaltung einer Feder 12, ist der Körper 9 mit einer Stange 13 verbunden, welche in der Nabe 14 des Deckels 6 geführt ist.
Das obere Ende der Stange 13 ist mittelst einer Kette 15, die mit der Feder 12 und der Stange 13 das Zugorgan bildet, an einem Arm 16 des Sitzbrettes 3 befestigt, welcher Arm mit einem Führungssegment 17 zum Aufrollen der Kette 15 beim Aufklappen des Sitzbrettes versehen ist.
Statt der Kette könnte auch ein Draht seil oder dergleichen vorgesehen sein. Die Feder 112 könnte, zwecks besserer Zugänglich keit, zum Beispiel bei Reparaturen, ausser- und oberhalb des Gehäuses 4 angeordnet sein. Angenommen das Sitzbrett sei aus der Lage nach Fig. 2 in die niedergeklappte Lage nach Fig. 1 zu bewegen, so wird durch Druck auf das Pedal 11 das Sitzbrett 3 ent gegen der Wirkung des Gegengewichtes 18 auf die Schüssel 1 niedergedrückt und durch Verschieben des Armes 10 in die Rast 8 in dieser Lage gesichert. Am untern Ende des Schlitzes 7 kann eine geneigte Führungsfläche vorgesehen sein, durch welche beim Nieder drücken des Pedals der Arm 10 in die Rast 8 verschoben wird.
