Description

  

  Vorrichtung zur Festlegung von zwecks Einspritzung von Arzneimitteln unter die Haut  eingeführten Hohlnadeln in der gewünschten Lage.    Die Vorrichtung, welche den Gegenstand  der Erfindung bildet, dient zur Festlegung  von unter die menschliche bezw. tierische  Haut eingeführten Hohlnadeln, da in ge  wissen Fällen eine Sicherung der Lage der  zwecks Einspritzung von Arzneimitteln, wie  Salvarsan- oder Chinin-Urethanlösung, insbe  sondere in Venen mit der Spitze eingeführten  Hohlnadeln von Wichtigkeit ist, indem das  Gelangen dieser Lösungen neben die Venen  schwere Schädigungen der umgebenden Kör  pergewebe verursacht.  



  Beiliegende Zeichnung stellt ein Aus  führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dar, wobei Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht der Vor  richtung mit dem Sicherungshaken in Nicht  gebrauchsstellung,     Fig.2    den Längsmittel  schnitt mit dem Sicherungshaken in Ge  brauchsstellung und     Fig.    3 die Aufsicht  wiedergibt.  



  Die gezeichnete Vorrichtung besitzt einen  stimmgabelförmigen Sicherungshaken H mit  Querverstärkung     Q,    an dessen beiden etwas    aufwärtsgeschweiften, freien Schenkelenden  je zwei scharfe Zacken Z auf der Unterseite  angebracht sind.  



  Der Sicherungshaken H ist als Hebel  ausgebildet, dessen Drehzapfen P im Ver  bindungskörper     g'    gelagert ist. Der Verbin  dungskörper     g    weist in seinem untern Teil  eine Bohrung B auf, in welche Hohlansätze  von Stempelspritzen     (IS)    von hinten eingeführt  werden können. Nach vorne geht die Bohrung  B in die Höhlung des     Hohlfortsatzes    A über,  auf den sich die Hohlnadel N aufsetzen lässt.  



  Der Sicherungshaken H ist nach hinten  über seinen Drehzapfen P hinaus verlängert.  Auf das freie Ende dieser Verlängerung V  drückt die im Verbindungskörper     g    einge  lassene Schraubenfeder     Sch    so, dass - nach  Lösung des Hakens H aus der Nichtgebrauchs  lage durch Druck nach hinten auf die ihn  stützende Blattfeder F -der Sicherungs  haken H abwärts in der Richtung auf die  zwischen seine Schenkel zu liegen kommende  Hohlnadel N schnellt, wobei seine Zacken Z      sich in die Haut einhaken und dadurch eine  Sicherung der Hohlnadel N gegenüber der  Haut, beziehungsweise Vene herbeigeführt  wird.

  The device shown has a tuning fork-shaped safety hook H with transverse reinforcement Q, at the two slightly upward curving, free leg ends of which two sharp prongs Z are attached on the underside.



  The securing hook H is designed as a lever whose pivot P is mounted in the connecting body g '. The connec tion body g has in its lower part a bore B into which hollow projections of plunger syringes (IS) can be inserted from behind. To the front, the bore B merges into the cavity of the hollow process A, onto which the hollow needle N can be placed.



  The securing hook H is extended to the rear beyond its pivot P addition. On the free end of this extension V presses the screw spring Sch let into the connecting body g so that - after loosening the hook H from the non-use position by pressing backwards on the leaf spring F supporting it - the safety hook H downwards in the direction of the Hollow needle N coming to lie between its legs snaps, with its prongs Z hooking into the skin and thereby securing the hollow needle N against the skin or vein.

Claims

Claim: Device for fixing hollow needles introduced under the skin for the purpose of injecting drugs in the desired position, characterized by means for connecting the immediate vicinity of a body part to be provided with the drug with the rear end of the hollow needle to be introduced.
