Machine for loosening woven fabrics. There is a machine for dissolving woven fabrics by means of revolving Na delreihen known, in which the on position wells, which are pressed with their ends by Ge weights against the grooved feed roller, are swingable about an axis.
As a result of this device, when rotating around the axis, the ratio of the width of the entry point of the substances into the slot between the corrugated roller and trough to the exit point at the fingeral-t'ig tapered end of the trough, where the needle combs the substances should grasp , changes, so that therefore the evenness of the work is disturbed when more or less woven fabrics to be dissolved are sent through the machine.
According to the invention, this disadvantage is to be eliminated in that the partial troughs which cooperate with the corrugated roller and which together form the piano trough are not oscillatable, but can be displaced vertically. As a result, the relationship between the named entry point and the exit point always remains the same, so that there are no stoppages or disturbances in the supply of the substances to the needle combs.
The drawing shows Ausführungsbei games of the invention, namely to the next the first example in Figs.
Fig. 1 is a side view of the Ma machine, Fig. 2 is a plan ', Fig. 3 is a front view, Figs. 4 and 5 represent in elevation and plan on a larger scale a part of the parts of the invention mentioned.
The cylinder 1 is uniform with oblique conditions; Rows of needles 2 or straight respectively. ra dialem rows of needles 3 provided, some of which are drawn, and runs in the direction of arrow 4 around. The fabric to be shredded is fed through an endless belt 5 between side guides 6. The tape runs over the rollers 7, 8 and can be provided with roughening, small teeth or the like. Behind the roller 8 there is the pre-introduction roller 9 and above this the pre-introduction roller 10, which is respectively in the direction of arrow 11. Turn 12.
These two rollers 9 and 10 are provided with corrugations in such a way that toothed ribs 14 which are truncated at the top are formed. However, these tooth ribs 14 of the roller 9 and 10 do not fit into one another, but go; past each other at a certain distance. In order to prevent edging, the rollers are therefore without corrugation at their ends where they lie on top of one another. While the lower roller 9 is unchangeable in its height, the upper 10 sits in bearings which are vertically displaceable ver and are under the action of compression springs 15, so that the upper roller 10 is therefore constantly pressed down in the direction of the lower roller 9.
Behind the roller 10 is the corrugated roller 16. Below this roller 16 are the individual piano nodal parts 17, which are guided with slots 18 on a vertical rail 19. A head 21 (FIG. 4) of a lever 22 rests against each of the lower ends 20 of the supports of the piano troughs 17, which is pivotably mounted on the axis 23 and bears a weight load 21 at its end. The slot 25 between the roller 16 and this as closely as possible, with an upward fin gerteile 26 ending trough 17 is with its entry point at the same height as the space between the rollers 9 and 10.
At the point of insertion of the trough 17, a bar 27 is provided, which is intended to prevent the work material from moving downwards.
The drive takes place from the transmission to the loose and fixed disks 28, which sit on the axis 39 of the drum 1. From here, the pulley arrangement 42 carries out the transmission to the shaft 41 and the intermediate gear 40; from
EMI0002.0023
pulley 30, and on its axis 31 and Vor-- lay 33, from where the stepped pulleys 35 are driven by the belt 34, which sit on the axis of the corrugated roller 16.
The mode of operation is as follows: The material is fed through the belt 5 to the two pre-introduction rollers 9 and 10, and by these, by means of the toothed ribs 10, is gripped and conveyed so that it first reaches the bar 27, wel che with its upper inner edge 43 as close as possible to the circumference of the roller 9 leads.
On this bar 27 the material then migrates to the displaceable juxtaposed spoons or piano troughs 17 forming a common trough and is further conveyed in this by the corrugated roller 16 in order to be or from the needle combs. 3, which dissolve the fabric into the individual fibers without tearing these fibers.
This regulates the pressure, which on. the material to be conveyed is exerted depending on its thickness and quantity, by itself once by the springs 15, which press the pre-introduction roller 10 onto the pre-introduction roller 9, which cannot be changed in height direction, and also regulates the pressure between the corrugated roller 16 and the spoons 17 by measuring the weights 24.
As already noted, the spoons or piano troughs 17 make an upward and downward movement during the work cycle, depending on the material being fed in, they raise and lower themselves and are constantly pushed up against the corrugated roller 16 by the pressure of the levers 22 pressed. If there is no product, the spoon remains in its place, the upward movement being limited once by pushing the end of the slot 18 against the rail 19 and, on the other hand, by the counter-support against the rail 27.
which lies in a sealing recess of the scaffold of each spoon 17. Then the supplied material comes into the
EMI0002.0051
pressed down, and the fabric lengthened to the combs 2 respectively. 3.
Instead of the spring 15, a weight lever or direct weight load can of course also be used.
By using the step discs, all speeds can be achieved in order to adapt the machine to all fabrics and fibers. As a result, the machine is suitable for dissolving all types of fabrics, such as silk, rayon, wool, cotton, but also for dissolving all types of fibers, such as ramie fibers after the harvest, jute fibers, sisal fibers, etc.
The second embodiment of the invention is shown in FIG.
The cylinder 1 is provided with the rows of needles 2 and rotates in the direction of the arrow 4. The fabric to be shredded is fed through an endless belt 5 and passes between the two pre-introduction rollers 9 and 10.
Above the corrugated roller 16 are the individual spoons 17, which apply with the mul-shaped surface 17a against the corrugated roller, 16 approximately over a quarter of its circumference. The spoon 17 ends in a fingertip 26, which is brought as close as possible to the needles 2. These individually juxtaposed, about 5 cm in the axial direction of the roller 16 wide spoons 17 together form the piano trough and leave a slot 25 free, in which the material to be shredded is introduced.
It must first pass the oletoothed wheels 50, which are arranged directly above the roller 16 in front of the slot 5 and are loosely rotatably mounted in the 22 e heads 51 which are in Rods 52 sit and, like the support rods 53 of the spoons 17, are slidably supported in the guides 54. The rods 52 and 53 then go into the recessed round rods 55, 56, on which compression springs 57 are arranged, which on the one hand apply against the lower paragraphs of the rods 55, 56, on the other hand against the crosshead 58.
This carries a bearing block 59 for a lever 61 rotatable about the bolt 60, which eats double or fork-like and with its two arms in lateral recesses 62, 63 of the two rods 56, 55 respectively. is connected to the rod 55 by a pin 64 with some lateral clearance.
The third embodiment is shown in FIGS.
Fig. 7 is a vertical section; FIG. 8 is a section along A-B of FIG.
Above the corrugated roller 16, the individual spoons 17 and in turn form the piano trough together and leave a slot 25 free. The support rods 53 of the spoons 17 sit next to one another so they can slide in guides 54 and can be individually removed after the closure plate 70 has been removed. The individual rods 53 end miil a stump 56a, over which a compression spring 57 is inserted, which rests against the crosshead 71 or. surrounds a pin 56b which is screwed into 71. Each spoon 17 carries a compensation bar 72 on the front, which is fastened by means of the screws 73 BE.
This bar 72 has a sloping lower surface 74, under which the corrugated roller 75 is located. As the drawing shows, this corrugated cylinder has rather large teeth, which are deeper and more pointed than the teeth of the corrugated cylinder 25.
The usual infeed rollers 9 and 10 are located in front of the parts 74, 75.
The mode of operation is as follows: The substances fed by the rollers 9 and 10 are passed through the sloping surface 74 and come into the slot 74a between the compensating bar 74 und.der corrugated roller 75. As a result of the sharp formation of their teeth, the substances are safely taken and conveyed, where at see the bar 74 as a result of the spring 57 resiliently adjusts, depending on whether the introduced substance is large or small pieces respectively. has greater or lesser strength. The material is then subsequently fed into the slot 25.
The corrugating roller 16 runs faster than the corrugating roller 74 and this in turn something faster than corrugating rollers 9 and 10, so that the goods are a little stretched to the work place, which favors the clean dissolving be.
The machine can be adjusted in such a way that 'every fabric and knitted product can be safely processed (detached).
