Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine transportable Vorrichtung zum Aus blasen von giftigen Gasen behufs Vertilgung von Ungeziefer, welche sich auszeichnet durch einen auf einer Tragbahre befestig ten, luftdicht abgeschlossenen Behälter, in welchen ein mit durchbrochenem Boden ver sehenes.
die giftigen Gase erzeugende Stoffe aufzunehmen bestimmtes Gefäss eingehängt ist und welcher zwei Stutzen besitzt, von welchen der eine unter dem Boden des Ge fässes angeordnet und an eine Luftpumpe angeschlossen ist, welche angesaugte Luft durch den durchbrochenen Boden des Ge fässes hindurchbläst, so dass sie im Gefäss mit giftigen Gasen geschwänget wird, wdEhrend der andere Stutzen über dem Ge fäss angeordnet ist und zur Abführung der giftigen Gase nach dem Vertilgungsort des Ungeziefers dient.
Beiliegende Zeichnung stellt ein Ausfüh rungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dar, darin ist Fig. 1 ein schematischer Auf riB, und beziehen sich die Fig. 2,3 und 4 auf Einzelheiten.
Nach Zeichnung ist ein Behälter 1 mit telst der Winkel 2 auf einer Tragbahre 3 befestigt und durch einen aufklappbaren
Deckel 4 und Gummiring 5 luftdicht ab schliessbar gemacht, wobei eine federnde, am
Behälter angeschlossene Zahnklinke 6 (Fig. 4) den Deckel in seiner Schliesslage sichert.
Innerhalb des Behälters 1 ist ein mit einem gemäss Fig. 2 durchbrochenen Boden 7 ver sehenes Gefäss 8 mit seinem nach aussen vor stehenden obern Rand auf an der Behälter wand angenieteten Winkeln 9 aufgehängt und sind zwei Stutzen am Behälter vorgesehen, wovon der eine, 10, oberhalb des Gefässes 8 angeordnet ist und zur Abführung der giftigen Gase bestimmt ist, während der andere, unter dem Gefässboden einem am Behälterboden festsitzenden Ablenkblech 13 gegenüber angeordnete Stutzen 11 an eine ebenfalls auf der Tragbahre befestigte Luftpumpe 12 angeschlossen ist.
Die Luftpumpe 12 weist einen senkrecht stehenden, oben durch einen durchbrochenen Deckel 14 (Fig. 3) abgeschlossenen Zylinder 15 auf. Der Kolben 16 besitzt ein Saugund Druckventil 17 und eine mit Handgriff 18 versehene Kolbenstange 20 mit einem Anschlag 21, welcher in der Tieflage des Kolbens auf den Rand einer auf den Deckel aufgesetzten Hiilse 22 aufzuliegen kommt und dadurch das Kolbenspiel nach unten begrenzt, wobei eine Feder 23 den Stoss des Anschlages mildert.
Die Gebrauchsweise der Vorrichtung besteht darin, dass'ma. n nach Offnung des Deckels 4 zum Beispiel Stangenschwefel in das Gefäss 8 einlegt und entzündet, worauf man den Deckel wieder verschliesst. Die Luftpumpe wird nun betäiigt, wobei die Luft durch den durchbrochenen Deckel 14 eingesogen und nachher durch den Stutzen 11 hindurch gegen das Ablenkblech 13 gedrückt und von diesem gegen den Gefässboden 7 gelenkt wird, wora. uf sie nach Passieren des Gefässes durch den Stutzen 10 und einen allfällig daran anzuschliessenden Schlauch der Gebrauchsstelle, zum Beispiel einem Mausloch, zugeführt wird.
Der Apparat eignet sich zur Vertilgung von Ratten, Mäusen und ändern Schädlingen.
Man kann ihn auch brauchen zur Beräucherung von Reben, Bäumen etc.
