Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     ehromhaltigen        Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden,     dass    man einen neuen       chrornhaltigen        Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man  den Farbstoff, welcher aus     diazotiertem        6-          Sulfo-4-chlor-2-amino-l-pheriol        und        P-Naph-          thylamin    entsteht, mit einem organischen  Chromsalz in Gegenwart einer organischen  Säure behandelt.

   Der erhaltene     ehromhaltige     Farbstoff stellt getrocknet ein dunkles Pulver  dar, welches in Wasser und verdünnter     Soda-          lösung    mit blaugrüner, in verdünnter Natron  lauge mit blauer und in konzentrierter Schwe  felsäure mit violetter Farbe löslich ist.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  <B>79,9</B> Teile des Farbstoffes aus     6-Sulfo-4-          chlor-o-amidophenol    und     P-Naphthylamin          (Natriumsalz)    werden in<B>1600</B> Teilen Wasser  kochend gelöst, 45,3 Teile kristallisiertes       Natriumacetat        hinzugelöst,

      hernach 40 Teile  Chromoxyd in Form von     ameisensaurern    Chrom  kochend gelöst in 400 Teilen Wasser zuge  setzt und zum     Schluss    noch     16#2    Teile einer         85        %igen        Ameisensäure        zugegeben.        Man     kocht so lange, bis sich die lösliche     Chrom-          verbindLiDg    gebildet hat. Den Farbstoff ge  winnt man in -üblicher Weise.



  Process for the preparation of a new azo dye containing Ehrom.
