Die Hemmung muss also in beiden Fällen wirken.
Hopper controls, in particular for electrically operated track vehicles. Driving switch with escapement to He forcing a not too rapid switching pace in electric traction vehicles with hopper control are known. According to the previous development of the hopper control, the desirability of the inhibition is limited to switching it off. It is hereby prevented that the driver, with or without intention, can suddenly go to a higher step, which under normal conditions results in undesirable electrical and tractive power surges. With the previous hopper controls, an inhibition is unnecessary and undesirable for switching off, because operationally the possibility must be available at all times to suddenly disconnect the drive motors from the contact wire by returning the crank to the starting position.
The situation is different with tap changer control. It is impossible for eggs to switch off both quickly and quickly. Switching on and off only takes place at the speed of the step switch drive. For quick shutdown, a special switch must be provided here that momentarily disconnects the drive motors from the contact wire without waiting for the step switch to return to its starting position.
The present invention is above all suitable for a mixed contactor control, that is to say for a control that comprises two groups of hops, one of which is de-energized and the other is energized. With such a control it is normally necessary, for technical reasons, to prevent steps from being skipped when switching on and off. The inhibition must therefore work in both cases.
In order not to lose the advantages of the homogeneous hopper control, that is to say with only similar hopper controls, precautions must be taken which, despite the inhibition, allow both rapid disconnection and rapid connection for certain cases. For this purpose, according to the invention, devices for triggering the escapement are built into the drive switch.
However, the invention can also be used for switching on only with homogeneous hopping control, in which the drive switch has many steps that may have to be swept over in one go, where driving over all steps to reach the top step with inhibition takes too much time would require.
Fig. 1-3 of the drawings show schematically an embodiment of the invention Figs. 4 and 5 relate to variants thereof.
In Fig. 1, T is the transformer; H1-H4 the hoppers (shooters) without, H5-H1o the hoppers with spark extinction, D1 and D2 the choke coils and M the drive motor.
Fig. 2 illustrates in the usual Dar position the switch position of the individual hoppers on the various levels.
Fig.3 is the control circuit diagram, on the basis of which the switching positions according to Fig. 2 are achieved.
K means the controller, E1-H1o the actuating coils for the hoppers, S1-s4 are the locking bars for the hoppers H1-H4. When this locking bolt is excited, the corresponding hoppers are unlocked. V be the locking contacts to the hops. For example, V1a-V1f are the locking contacts that are operated by the hopper E1. VS are locking contacts that are monitored by the corresponding locking bolt; VRa is the locking contact, which is controlled by the relay Bl. A and H are the switches built into the controller for sudden Ab- or. Intrude.
The pressure switch H has mechanical damping, not shown, so that the contacts are not closed immediately when it is released. The duration of the mechanical inhibition of the controller, also not shown, for normal switching on and off between the individual stages corresponds to the time which the various hops need to produce the next stage.
For the connection, the switching process takes place as follows: It is assumed that all hoppers are switched off, with the locking contacts then being in the position shown in Fig.
In stage O only the (+) line is live. If the drive switch K is set to position 0 ', line 11 receives voltage from the (+) line via contact C1. The result is a control current curve via the controller K on line 11; Locking bolt 84 to 84; V5a; V6a; V1oa for (-) on the one hand and V7a; V8a; Voa; V1oa to the (-) on the other hand. The locking bars are energized and unlock H1-H4. Another circuit is also closed from finger 11 through Rd; V1d to V4d to (-). When Rd is switched on, the locking contact VRa closes so that the return line from Rd is also closed via the same.
If the crank is brought to level O '', line 1 receives voltage via contact C1 and causes H1 to be switched on. In stage 1, fingers 8-10, 12 and 13 come to contact C1 and C2, respectively, which means that hoppers 8-10 switch on, the circuits being as follows: fingers and line 8, H8; V6b; V5o; Switch H; VRa; Switch A to (-), finger 9; It; V7o; V6b; etc. as described for Hs for (-).
By switching on the hopper 1 in level 0 ″, the locking contact V1b in the return line from Hio is closed, so that Hio switches on as follows: line 10; Hio; Vib; Line 12; Contact C2; Line 13; Switch H; VRa; Switch <B> A </B> to (-). As a result of switching on H8-H10, the return lines of the locking bars 8- $ 4 have been interrupted by Vsä, Voa ', Vioa, so that the latter are de-energized and fall back in (locking).
If the crank is moved to level 2, fingers 9 and 7 run off and on at the contact C1. The corresponding hoppers Ho and Hz switch on and off accordingly. The similar process also takes place in stages 3 and 4. Since H7-H1o are switched off in stage 4, the return line of the locking bolts S2 and S4 closes again, whereby H2 and H4 are unlocked. In step 5, finger 2 touches contact C1 and H2 switches on. Line 5 loses the voltage, H5 fails. V2b in the return line from H1o closes its control circuit from line 10; R1o; V1b; V2b; H; VRa; A to (-).
The locking contact V1ob in the return line from H7 ensures that Hlo, which in turn is controlled by H1 to H4, must be switched on before H7 can switch on. This ensures that no current has to be switched in the main circuit H2. If the driving crank is brought to level 6, Ho and Ha switch off or on.
In step 7 fingers 1, 7 and 10 run off contact C1 and finger 9 runs up. H1 does not switch off immediately, however, because a second circuit is closed by the same as follows: Line 2; V2c; VS2a; VS1a; Vic; Egg; Vsa; V4c and to (-). As soon as H1o has switched off, the circuit through S1 and Ss closes. VS1a interrupts the second supply line to H1 by unlocking H1 and He and causes it to switch off. The switching process to reach the other levels for switching on or off is carried out in a similar way to that described in detail for levels 0-7.
If the mechanical inhibition for switching on or off were omitted, the hoppers H1-H4 (without spark extinction) could not switch on or off when quickly crossing several steps. For example, assume that the crank is brought from level 3 directly to level 5. H7 and <B> E5 </B> could then not switch off or on in the short time, so that the return line of the locking bars S2 and S'4 would never be closed. E2 could therefore not switch on. In level 5, the same hops would then be switched on as in level 3.
A sudden switch-off can take place in that the return line of the hoppers H5-H1o and the relay R1 is interrupted by the switch A in any position, whereupon the relay <B> BI </B> can only pull again when the hoppers H1 -H4 are switched off. In the off position of the switch 4, the inhibiting mechanism for switching off is blocked, so that, if necessary, the crank can be moved quickly to position 0, while the torque switch d. is automatically held in the switch-off position. The switch snaps at level 0 .9. on again and the hoppers Ei-H4 are switched off.
If for any reason any high level is to be set from the 0 position, this is done using the H pushbutton. With the push button switch, which can only be operated in the 0 position, the return line of the Hopper H5-Hlo is interrupted and at the same time the inhibition for switching on is blocked. The crank is brought into the desired position and only then is the push button released. It must be taken into account that the push button has a damping that corresponds to the time that a resp. two hops Hs-H4 need to switch on.
If this is not the case, there is the possibility that before the corresponding hoppers Hi-H4 have switched on, a hop from group H5-H1o will engage and then those hops without spark extinction, Hi-H4, would have to switch power.
If, for whatever reason, there is no control current in one position, H5-Hso and relay Rd switch off. The hoppers Hs-H4 are held mechanically by the locking bolts 8i-84 and cannot switch off. The crank must be used in step 0, 'in the same way as for normal or sudden switch-off.
If the control current is available again, all blocking magnets are immediately excited via the contacts <B> <I> Vif </I> </B> -V4c and unlock the hops that remain in the switched-off state before the control current is switched off Location were. Those hoppers who have been in the switched-on position press their locking bars so that they may not be able to get out. As a result, the corresponding locking contacts Vif-F4f in the (+) line to the locking magnets remain closed, so that the latter are re-energized. If the step is then advanced to stage 0 ', the still switched on hoppers of group H1 to H4 receive from contact C1; Fingers 14 and 15 via their own locking contact V1c to V4c voltage.
The pressure on the latch is released and the hops are unlocked.
The crank must be driven back to level 0, whereby H1-H4 lose the voltage and switch off. As soon as the last hop of the group H1-H4 has switched off, the feed line to the blocking magnets S1-S4 is also interrupted by the locking contacts Vif -V4f.
In the variant according to Fig. 4, switch A is omitted. The return line from relay Bl goes directly to (-). If the pushbutton switch H is now operated, only the hops in group H5-H1o switch off. The inhibitions for switching on and off are blocked by pressing the H push button. The crank is brought to the desired higher or lower level and the push-button switch H is released again. As mentioned above, the push button H is equipped with a cushioning mechanism, and it prevents the hoppers in group H5-H1o from switching on before those in the group. In the previous explanation, the controller was only inhibited for switching on and off thought mechanically.
However, it can of course also be designed electromechanically or optionally also electropneumatically.
Fig. 5 illustrates an embodiment for electromechanical escapement. The controller is provided with the additional contact C3 for feeding lines l6-22. Between the latter, as can be seen from the scheme, corresponding locking contacts of the hopper H1, H6-H10, and the locking bolt S1 and 82 are switched on for each level. One of the two, either the cam wheel N or the magnet B, is firmly connected to the controller roller. The spring F tries to push the armature R of the magnet B into the notches L of the cam wheel N. When the magnet B is in an excited state, the core R is attracted and slides out of the notch L.
The design of the mechanism is such that it is impossible to move up or down several steps with the control crank. Also, as soon as the crank is moved out of position, the line that has fed the magnet B is interrupted.
Since in this case the control circuit must close from contact C3 via the hopper locking contacts to magnet B, the inhibition period is directly dependent on the switching speed of the individual hoppers.
The switches A. and H can also be used in this case, as described for Figs. 3 and 4. By pressing the switch A. resp. H, the core B is then forcibly pressed out of the notches L so that the crank can be brought into the desired stage.
