Description
Einrichtung 7.11r kontinuierlichen Sterilisation und nachherigen kontinuierlichen Kühlung von in zylindrischen Dosen verpackten Konserven. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Ein richtung, mit der in zylindrischen Dosen verpackte Konserven kontinuierlich sterili siert und nachher kontinuierlich gekühlt wer den können.
Die Dosen werden während der Sterili sation und nachherigen Kühlung durch diese Einrichtung in rollende Bewegung versetzt. Durch die rollende Bewegung wird erreicht, dass der Inhalt der Dosen die gewünschte höhere oder niedere Temperatur viel rascher annimmt, wodurch sowohl bei der Sterili sation, als bei der Kühlung eine wesentlich grössere Leistung erreicht wird und das zu sterilisierende Produkt durch den rascheren Prozess an Farbe und Qualität gewinnt.
Die Zeichnung zeigt zwei beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegen standes im Längsschnitt und Querschnitt. Fig.l und 2 zeigen die eine Ausführungs form der kontinuierlichen Sterilisier- und kontinuierlichen Kühleinrichtung, bestehend aus einem Heisswasser-, respektive Kühl wasserbassin a, der Dampf- oder Kühl- sehlange b, dem Kettenantrieb c, den Ketten- umleitrollen d und den zwei parallel ge führten, durch DZitnehmerstäbe (Querstäbe) miteinander verbundenen Ketten f und der Büchsenführung g.
Die Dosen werden bei der Aufgabestelle von Hand oder automatisch zwischen die Querstäbe der Ketten gelegt, von diesen mit genommen und rollend zuerst durch das Heiss- und nachher durch das Kühlwasser bassin bis zur Abgabestelle bewegt.
Im zweiten Beispiel (Fig. 3 und 4) ist schematisch dargestellt, wie die Dosen durch die Querstäbe der Ketten ohne Umlad auf maschinellem Wege kontinuierlich vom Heiss wasserbassin<I>a</I> zum Kaltwasserbassin <I>h</I> ge leitet und dann bis zur Abgabestelle i trans portiert werden.
Durch diese letztere Ausbildung wird in folge Wegfall des Umladens der Dosen von der Abgabestelle des Heisswasserbassins zur Aufgabestelle des Kühlwasserbassins sowohl an Bedienungskosten, als auch an Fabrika- tionsraum gewonnen, besonders wenn die Bassin übereinander angeordnet sind.

The cans are set in rolling motion by this device during the sterilization and subsequent cooling. The rolling movement ensures that the contents of the cans take on the desired higher or lower temperature much more quickly, which means that both sterilization and cooling are much more efficient and the product to be sterilized is colored by the faster process and quality wins.
The drawing shows two exemplary embodiments of the subject invention in longitudinal section and cross section. Fig.l and 2 show one embodiment of the continuous sterilization and continuous cooling device, consisting of a hot water or cooling water basin a, the steam or cooling rod b, the chain drive c, the chain deflection rollers d and the two parallel ge, chains f and the bushing guide g connected to one another by DZitnehmerstäb (cross bars)
The cans are placed between the cross bars of the chains by hand or automatically at the feed point, taken with them and rolled first through the hot water and then through the cooling water basin to the delivery point.
In the second example (Fig. 3 and 4) it is shown schematically how the cans are continuously mechanized from the hot water basin <I> a </I> to the cold water basin <I> h </I> ge through the cross bars of the chains without reloading directs and then transported to the delivery point i.
As a result of this latter design, the need to reload the cans from the delivery point of the hot water basin to the delivery point of the cooling water basin is gained both in operating costs and in production space, especially if the basins are arranged one above the other.
