Teigknet- und b1ischmaschine mit 31uldenheb- und Kippvorrichtung. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Teigknet- und Mischmaschine, welche eine Vorrichtung zum Heben und Kippen der Mulde besitzt. Dabei ist die Mulde in einem horizontal ausschwenkbaren Arm drehbar und aushebbar gelagert, welcher gleichzeitig auch die Hebe- und Kippvor richtung für die Mulde mitausschwenkbar trägt.
In der Zeichnung ist :der Gegenstand der Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 die Maschine mit ausgeschwun gener Mulde in Seitenansicht, Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf Fig. 1, unter Weglassung einzelner Teile; Fig. 3 die Hebe- und Kippvorrichtung mit gehobener und gekippter Mulde von der Seite gesehen Fig. 4 die Hebe- und Kippvorrichtung bei Mulde in Arbeitsstellung von der Seite gesehen, Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht zu Fig. 4, und Fig. 6 eine Einzelheit der Mulde im Schnitt.
Es ist 1 das Maschinengestell mit Fuss platte 2, Elektromotor 3 und Getriebe 4 zum Antrieb :der Knetarme 5 und 6, sowie Ge triebe 7 zur Drehung der Mulde 8, wenn sich dieselbe in ihrer Arbeitsstellung befin det (Fig. 4 und 5).
An der Fussplatte 2 des Gestelles ist ein vertikaler Zapfen 9 angeordnet, um welchen mit einem Lager 10 drehbar ein ausladender Arm 11 gelagert ist. Dieser besitzt ein ver tikales Lager 12, in welchem ein vertikaler Zapfen 13 angeordnet ist, der oben konisch ist, wobei sich um diesen konischen Teil mit einem Lager 14 die Mulde 8 legt. 15 ist ein Stirnrad, das mit der Mulde 8 fest verbun den ist und in welches bei Arbeitsstellung der Mulde das Zahnrad 16 des Getriebes 7 eingreift. Drei Seile 17, 18 und 19, welche an drei um 120 versetzten Stellen der Mulde 8 lösbar angreifen, dienen zum Hoch ziehen der letzteren. Die Seile 17 und 18 greifen lösbar oben am Rande der Mulde 8 an, während das Seil 19, ebenfalls lösbar, an einer Öse 20 an der Seitenwandung der Mulde in der Nähe des Bodens eingehängt ist.
An Flächen des Armes 11 bezw. dessen Lager 10 sind vertikale Säulen 21 und 22 fest, in denen oben eine horizontale )Velle 23 drehbar ruht. Diese trägt zwei Kurbeln 24, an denen die andern Enden der ,Seile 17 und 18 fest sind. Ferner trägt die Welle 23 eine Scheibe 25 mit spiralförmig verlaufen dem Umfang, auf welchen sich das Seil 19 aufwickeln kann. Ein Kettengetriebe 26 und ein Stirnräder-Übersetzungsgetriebe 27 sind durch eine Handkurbel 28 drehbar an geordnet, um die Welle 23 drehen zu können.
Durch Drehen der Handkurbel kann man die Mulde 8 aus der Stellung nach Fig. 4 in die Stellung nach Fig. 3 heben und kippen, wenn man,den Arm 11 in die Stellung nach Fig. 1 und 2 ausgeschwenkt hat.
iSoll die Mulde in Gebrauchsstellung ge dreht werden, so werden die Seile 7.7, 18 und 19 von der Mulde losgelöst.
Dough kneading and mixing machine with trough lifting and tilting device. The present invention relates to a dough kneading and mixing machine which has a device for lifting and tilting the trough. The trough is rotatably and liftably mounted in a horizontally pivotable arm, which at the same time also carries the lifting and Kippvor direction for the trough.

It is 1, the machine frame with foot plate 2, electric motor 3 and gear 4 to drive: the kneading arms 5 and 6, and Ge gear 7 for rotating the trough 8 when the same is in its working position det (Fig. 4 and 5).
A vertical pin 9 is arranged on the base plate 2 of the frame, around which a cantilever arm 11 is rotatably supported by a bearing 10. This has a ver tical bearing 12, in which a vertical pin 13 is arranged, which is conical at the top, the trough 8 lays around this conical part with a bearing 14. 15 is a spur gear that is firmly connected to the trough 8 and in which the gear 16 of the transmission 7 engages when the trough is in the working position. Three ropes 17, 18 and 19, which releasably engage the trough 8 at three points offset by 120, are used to pull the latter up. The ropes 17 and 18 releasably grip the top of the edge of the trough 8, while the rope 19, also releasably, is suspended from an eyelet 20 on the side wall of the trough near the bottom.
On surfaces of the arm 11 respectively. its bearings 10 are vertical columns 21 and 22 fixed, in which a horizontal) shaft 23 rests rotatably above. This carries two cranks 24 to which the other ends of the ropes 17 and 18 are fixed. Furthermore, the shaft 23 carries a disc 25 with a spiral-shaped circumference on which the rope 19 can wind up. A chain gear 26 and a spur gear transmission 27 are rotatably arranged by a hand crank 28 to rotate the shaft 23 can.
By turning the hand crank, the trough 8 can be lifted from the position according to FIG. 4 into the position according to FIG. 3 and tilted when the arm 11 has been pivoted into the position according to FIGS. 1 and 2.
If the trough is to be turned into the position of use, the ropes 7.7, 18 and 19 are released from the trough.
