Description

  

  An Säcken zu befestigende Vorrichtung zum raschen Zubinden und     Wiederöffnen    derselben.    Vorliegende Erfindung hat     zum    Gegenstand  eine an Säcken zu befestigende Vorrichtung,  die ein rasches Zubinden und     Wiederöffnen     derselben ermöglicht.  



  Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf bei  liegender Zeichnung in einer beispielsweisen       Ausführungsform    dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:       Fig.    1 einen Querschnitt,       Fig.    2 eine Draufsicht,       Fig.    3 eine Ansicht.  



  Die dargestellte Vorrichtung besitzt zwei  auf einer     Vierkantachse    1 lose sitzende  Teller 2, 3. Diese sind aus dünnen runden  Blechscheiben gefertigt, deren Ränder umge  bördelt sind. Die Teller 2, 3 sitzen derart  auf der     Vierkantachse    1, dass die     Umbörde-          lungen    voneinander abgewendet sind. Auf  jeden Teller drückt auf deren Aussenseite je  eine Blattfeder 4, beziehungsweise 5, so dass  die Teller 2, 3 kräftig     gegeneinandergepresst     werden. Beide Federn 4, 5 sitzen ebenfalls  auf der     Vierkantachse    1.

   Ein     einerends    an  der Achse 1 vorgesehener Kopf 6, sowie ein  Stift 7, der das andere Ende der Achse 1  durchsetzt, sichern die Teile 2-5 auf der  Achse 1. Das freie Ende des Stiftes 7 ist    als Ringöse 8 ausgebildet, an welcher das  eine Ende eines Bindeorganes 9, zum Beispiel  eine Schnur, befestigt ist. Der dem Stift 7  zugekehrte Teller 3     weist    an seinem Rande  Löcher 10 auf. Letztere ermöglichen das  Annähen der Vorrichtung an- den obern  Saum     ,S    eines Sackes A, wie aus     Fig.    1 er  sichtlich.  



  Das Zubinden eines mit der beschriebenen  Vorrichtung versehenen Sackes erfolgt fol  gendermassen  In erster Linie wird der Saum     S    des  Sackes A mit den Händen zusammengerafft,  wie üblich. Alsdann wird die an der Vorrich  tung befindliche Schnur mehrmals um den  zusammengerafften Saum     S    herumgeführt und  festgezogen und deren übriger Teil zwischen  die Teller 2, 3 eingeklemmt. Diese Teller  üben durch die Wirkung der Federn 4 und 5  einen -starken Druck auf die dazwischen ge  klemmte Schnur aus, so dass diese sich nicht  selbsttätig löst, somit ein sicherer Verschluss  des Sackes garantiert ist.  



  Das Offnen des Sackes kann ebenso  rasch und einfach wie das Schliessen erfolgen,      indem das freie Ende des Bindeorgans erfasst  und der eingeklemmte Teil aus den Tellern  gezogen wird.  



  Die beschriebene Vorrichtung kann in  verschiedenen Grössen angefertigt werden,  wobei entsprechend der jeweiligen Grösse  passend starke Blattfedern Verwendung finden.



  Device to be attached to sacks for fast tying and reopening of the same. The subject of the present invention is a device to be attached to sacks which enables the same to be tied and reopened quickly.



  The subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the accompanying drawing, namely: FIG. 1 is a cross section, FIG. 2 is a plan view, FIG. 3 is a view.



  The device shown has two on a square axle 1 loosely seated plates 2, 3. These are made of thin round sheet metal disks, the edges of which are flanged vice versa. The plates 2, 3 sit on the square axis 1 in such a way that the flanges are turned away from one another. A leaf spring 4 or 5 presses on the outside of each plate, so that the plates 2, 3 are pressed firmly against one another. Both springs 4, 5 also sit on the square axis 1.

   A head 6 provided at one end on the axis 1, as well as a pin 7, which penetrates the other end of the axis 1, secure the parts 2-5 on the axis 1. The free end of the pin 7 is designed as an eyelet 8 on which the one end of a binding member 9, for example a cord, is attached. The plate 3 facing the pin 7 has holes 10 on its edge. The latter enable the device to be sewn onto the upper seam S of a sack A, as can be seen from FIG.



  A sack provided with the device described is tied in the following manner. First and foremost, the hem S of the sack A is gathered with the hands, as usual. Then the cord located on the Vorrich device is passed several times around the gathered seam S and tightened and the remaining part is clamped between the plates 2, 3. Due to the action of the springs 4 and 5, these plates exert a strong pressure on the cord clamped in between, so that it does not come loose automatically, thus guaranteeing a secure closure of the sack.



  The bag can be opened just as quickly and easily as it can be closed by grasping the free end of the binding element and pulling the clamped part out of the plates.



  The device described can be made in different sizes, using strong leaf springs that are suitable for the respective size.

PATENT CLAIM: Device to be attached to sacks, for quickly tying and reopening the same, characterized in that it has two plates loosely arranged on an axis, which are pressed against one another under the action of springs provided on the same axis, between which plates the free part of a binding organ attached to the device to secure it when tying the sack.
