Die Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen in mehreren beispielsweisen Ausführungsformen dargestellt, und zwar zeigen die Fig. 1, 5, 7 lotrechte Schnitte durch eine Ausfüh rungsform der Erfindung, wobei sich die ein zelnen Teile in verschiedenen Stellungen be finden; die Fig. 2, 4, 6, 8 zeigen .die zuge hörigen wagrechten Schnitte durch die Pumpe; Fig. 9 zeigt eine beispielsweise Aus führungsform einer Anordnung, welche es ermöglicht, den Winkel der Welle und des Wellenendzapfens nach Belieben zu verän dern;
Drive device on pumps, especially for pumping small amounts of liquid. The invention relates to such a drive device on pumps, in which the self-regulating piston executes an upward and downward movement and at the same time a rotary movement about its axis; In particular, the invention relates to a drive device of this type on those pumps which are intended to convey small amounts of liquid and therefore work with relatively small piston strokes.
The 'object of the invention bil Dende drive device which the piston these two. Able to give movements in a multiple way, is that in the presence of a longitudinally immovable drive shaft with shaft end pin and a driver carried by the shaft end pin and a driver connected to her piston, the axis of the driving shaft end pin on the seat of the with the slave forms an angle with the axis of the piston which is smaller than <B> 90 '</B>,
as a result of which the driving shaft, as it rotates, gives the piston a movement that rotates about its axis and at the same time an up and down movement by means of the driver pin.
The invention is illustrated in the drawings in several exemplary embodiments, namely Figures 1, 5, 7 show vertical sections through a Ausfüh approximately form of the invention, with the individual parts in different positions be. FIGS. 2, 4, 6, 8 show .the associated horizontal sections through the pump; Fig. 9 shows an exemplary embodiment from an arrangement which makes it possible to change the angle of the shaft and the shaft end pin at will;
10, 11, 12, 13 show perpendicular cuts through a further Ausfüh approximate form .der invention, four stages of movement being shown; 14, 15, 16, 17 show the plan view of the drive members associated with each of these stages of movement; Figs. 1, 8, 19, 20 'and 21 sections through the piston cylinder corresponding to these stages of movement.
In Fig. 1 to 8 with 1 of the piston be distinguished, which engages with its driving pin 2 in the driver of the drive shaft 3 a. The shaft with the end pin 3 encloses the angle 2v <90 with the axis of the piston 1. 4 is the pump cylinder with the suction channel 5 and the pressure channel 6. The piston 1 is provided with a control slot 7.
If the drive shaft 3 is set in rotation in the direction of the arrow, the rotating movement is transmitted to the piston 1 through the driving pin 2.
Since the opening 8 of the driver 9 makes an increasing movement due to the inclination of the drive shaft in relation to the piston, as shown in FIG. 1 and 5 show, the piston is forced to perform a stroke movement H in addition to the rotating movement.
1 to 8 show the position of the piston 1 in four different phases of movement.
In Fig. 1 and 2, the piston 1 is in the lowest position. As the rotation of the shaft 3 continues, the piston 1 begins to lift, the suction channel 5 is opened, the pressure channel 6 remains closed. In Fig. 3 and 4 the suction channel 5 is already open, the pressure channel 6 is still closed, or the piston is in the middle position during the upward gear.
In Fig. 5 and 6 the piston has reached its highest position, the suction and pressure channels are closed, and as the movement continues, the pressure channel 6 is opened and the piston 1 moves downwards.
In Fig. 7 and 8, the pressure channel 6 is open, the suction channel 5 is closed, the Kol ben 1 is in the middle position in the downward movement from.
FIG. 9 shows an exemplary embodiment of a device which makes it possible to change the angle w at will. It consists of an extension 10 attached to the pump housing, which is in an arc-shaped; Slot guide 12 ends. The bearing 11 of the shaft with end pin 3 is provided with an extension piece 13, which is moved with pins or bolts 14 in the slot guide and: can be held at any point of the same.
As mentioned at the beginning, the adjustment can be made while the pump is moving by means of a handle or a pull rod; or the shaft end journal 3 can be mounted in a fixed manner and, instead, the cylinder 4 can be arranged pivotably.
The device shown in FIGS. 10 to 21 for several pumps to be operated simultaneously consists of the shaft 17 parallel to the pump piston 1 with end pin 3, the axis of which coincides with the axis of the shaft 17 and forms a corresponding angle with the piston axes which is smaller than <B> 90 '. </B> This end journal is firmly connected to the shaft 17. It carries a rotatable sleeve 19, which has a number of arms 20, a disc or other drive members acting as a driver, which receive the eccentric driver pins 18 of the piston 1.
These pins have lifting devices which consist of vorsprin lowing heads 21 which are connected to the pin 18 removable bar. The oscillating movement occurring around a plane perpendicular to the piston axis, of the drive members 20, is thereby transmitted to the piston.
The driving pins themselves are stored in front of geous in the drivers or drive organs 20 in eyes, which have spherically arched or other suitably ge shaped side walls.
As can be seen from Fig. 10 of the drawings, a plane z perpendicular to the axis x of the inclined shaft end pin 3, which passes through the middle .durch the eccentric drive pin 18 of the piston 1, intersects the axis x at a point that in relation to the intersection of this plane z with the axis y of the shaft 17 is ex centric. The eccentricity of the intersection of z with the axis x with respect to the axis y corresponds approximately to the eccentricity of the crank pin 18 with respect to the axis of the piston 1.
If the shaft 17 is therefore rotated, the sleeve or sleeve 19 not only makes a circular movement about the axis y, but also performs an oscillating movement in the direction of the piston axes, which is used to move the piston. It can be seen that each point of the drive device performs both a stroke and a circular movement, which makes it possible to have any number of pistons driven by the driver or drive member 20 in the desired manner.
Through mediation .der the eccentric driver pin 18 each piston is set in rotating and reciprocating motion, where in the suction stroke the inlet opening ö, in the pressure stroke the outlet opening 5 with the control slot of the piston in connection ge and the promotion of the liquid through the pump is effected.
