Verfahren zur Herstellung von gobelinartigen Geweben. Erfahrungsgemäss erzielt man bei der Herstellung von gobelinartigen Geweben eine ganz beträchtliche Erhöhung der Ar beitsleistung, wenn nur jene Kettf äden, wel che bei der Herstellung eines Farbenfeldes in Betracht kommen, ein sogenanntes "Web fach" bilden, somit einmal die geraden und einmal die ungeraden Fäden der Kette, die auf dieses Farbenfeld entfallen, gehoben werden, während alle übrigen Keafäden lie gen bleiben, so dass der Schussfaden leicht und rasch hindurchgezogen werden kann.
Dieses wird unter Zuhilfenahme einer Jac- duardmaschine erreicht, indem nur jene Kettfäden bezw. Platinen. erfasst und geho ben werden, die zum Farbenfeld gehören, während alle übrigem in Ruhe verharren.
Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfin dung bildet ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von gobelinartigen Geweben, wobei in be kannter Weise durch ein Schaftgeschirr ein mal die geraden und einmal die ungeraden Kettfäden gehoben werden, indem durch zwei über der Kette befindliche, in der Schussrichtung verschiebbare Schieber jene Kettfäden, welche nicht zur gewünschten Schussbreite gehören, am Aufheben gehindert werden, so dass also nur die zwischen diesen Schiebern befindlichen Keafäden ein Fach zum Eintragen des ,Schusses bilden können, @vobei zwei an den .Schiebern befindliche,
auf der Musterwalze aufliegende Zeiger das Abnehmen der richtigen Schussbreite ge statten.
Die Fig. 1 bis 3 zeigen schematisch eine Vorrichtung zur Ausübung des Verfahrens. Schaft 1 und mit ihm die Kettfäden 2 sind gesenkt, während Schaft 3 und die Kett- fäden 5 durch Betätigung eines Fusshebels gehoben sind.
Von den in letzterem Schafte eingezogenen Kettfäden sind die Fäden. 4 am Aufsteigen und somit an der Fachbildung durch die auf der Leiste 1:5 gleitenden bei den Schieber 6 und 7 gehindert, während die Kettfäden 5 sich ungehindert aufwärts be wegen können und so den.Schussfaden 8 zu sammen mit gesenkten Fäden das Fach bil den.
Die beiden Zeiger 9 und 10 sind auf die Kontur der auf der Musterwalze 11, be findlichen Zeichnung des Farbenfeldes ein gestellt, so dass die Breite des Faches und damit die Länge des einzuwebenden .Schuss- Fadens der Zeichnung entspricht; durch ab wechselndes Anheben der beiden Schäfte, mustergetreue Begrenzung der Fachbreite mittelst der beiden ,Schieber und Eintragen, sowie Anschlagen der Schussfäden entsteht das Farbenfeld im Gewebe. 12 stellt den Kettbaum, 13 den Warenbaum und 14 den Kamm zur Distanzierung der Kettfäden dar.
Die Vorteile dieses Verfahrens sind der Fortfall der Jacquardmaschine mit allen zu ihrer Betätigung erforderlichen Hebel etc., somit in erster Linie Einfachheit der Kon struktion; ferner geringer Raumbedarf (be sonders bei vertikaler Kettenanordnung), leichter Transport und geringer Anschaf fungspreis, sowie die Möglichkeit eines Ein baues der Vorrichtung in vorhandenen Hand webstühlen, alles Gesichtspunkte, die dieses Verfahren besonders für die Heimarbeit- (Hausindustrie) verwendbar machen.
