Ringwulstes31 von oben her anleat.
Drive device on itund knitting machines with a brake device for stopping the machine shaft connected to the drive shaft by means of a coupling. The drive of circular knitting machines is usually designed in such a way that the machine shaft sits in the extension of the drive shaft, and that both parts have coupling parts by means of which they are each connected.
When the machine comes to a standstill, for example as a result of a thread break, both shaft parts are then decoupled under the action of the stop ring and the machine BEZW. whose shaft is braked while the other part of the shaft continues to rotate. Special devices are provided in each case to release the brake again.
The subject of the present invention is a drive device on circular knitting machines with a braking device for stopping the Maseliinenwelle connected to the drive shaft by a clutch, so that after stopping the machine by a brake the latter is released again, for which purpose the Ma machine disabling brake supply line is under the action of a part connected to the drive shaft,
that after the machine has come to a standstill, the braking organs are returned to their original position.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment, and it shows: FIG. 1 a side view of the same with partial sections, FIG. Yes, a part of FIG. 1 at another position of the parts shown, FIG. 2 a section along line AA in FIG. 1,
2a shows a part of FIG. 2 in a different position of the parts shown and FIG. 3 shows a plan view of FIG. 1 - the coupling sleeve 1 can be moved axially on the drive shaft 2 and, under the action of the spring 3 , endeavors to engage with the coupling sleeve 5 </ B. Which is fixed on the machine shaft 4 > to couple.
The driver 7 penetrating the drive shaft 2 in a longitudinal section # 6 causes the coupling sleeve 1 to rotate along with the drive shaft 2. The ends of the driver 7 protrude the coupling sleeve 1 in such a way that when coupling of the coupling sleeves 1 and 5 has taken place between teeth 8 of the locking disk 9 protrude. The latter is placed on the coupling sleeve 5 so that it can rotate freely and is provided at the bottom with a locking ring 10 .
The hub 11 of the coupling sleeve 5 is surrounded by a brake sleeve 14 which carries a ratchet 12 and is provided with a lining 13 made of copper or a metal alloy. Its lower part has a longitudinal slot 15 (FIG. 2) and clamping jaws 16 , so that the clamping screw 17 is used to press the brake sleeve 14 the Nahe 11 can be regulated. The machine shaft 4 is rotatably mounted in the bearing 1.8 , which is formed into a support arm 19 , which by means of the pin 20 inserted into a vertical bore of the support arm, the body 21 wearing.
This body 21 is provided with two horizontal bores 22, 23. In the lower part is the locking bolt 25 provided with a tooth 24 (FIG. 1) intended for engagement in the locking gear rim 10 , which is the spring 26 endeavored to move away from the ratchet 10 . The locking pin 25 is secured against rotation by a groove 27 and a mandrel 28 that engages in it. In the bore 23 the middle suitable means, for example a groove and wedge, locking bolt 29 secured against rotation can be moved in its longitudinal direction.
He is under the action of the spring 30 in such a way that he strives to always lie against the coupling sleeve 1 . This has at its upper end an upwardly conical annular bead 31 and below this a guide washer 3.2 with a guide surface 33 inclined at an angle to the axial direction (FIG. B) 1).
A support arm 34 is arranged on the body 21 and carries the ilebel 3-5 so that it can swing about the axis 36 . The latter places the locking pin 25 with the cross pins 37 at its upper end, while its lower end is actuated by the double-cone-shaped ring lock 38 </ B> of the parking ring 39 is provided. To the pin 20 provided with a handle 40 locking lever is pivotable bar, which carries an adjusting bolt 43 on the locking hook 42 facing part.
Furthermore, the locking lever 41 carries a stop piece 44 with the stop surfaces 45 and 46 against the end of the handle, and a locking lever 48 with a detent 49, which is pulled against the stop piece 44 under the action of the spring 47 (FIG. 2).
The shaft 50 is pivotally mounted in the bearings 51, -52 arranged on the body 21, and from the one resting on the bearing 51 and against the other end Near 53 of lever 54 fastened on shaft 50 'abut. ssend spring 55 , which at the same time gives the lever 54 the effort to rotate in the direction of the arrow p (Fig. 3) en. The free end of the lever 54 (FIG. 1) carries a bolt 56 which presses downwards under the action of a spring.
whose head piece 57 can rest against the circumference of the excenter disk 58 fastened on top of the coupling sleeve 1 . At the lower end of the shaft 50 a pressure lever 59 is attached, and 60 is a spring, one end of which the body 21 and the other end the The locking lever 41 rests in such a way that it tends to engage with the locking hook 42 in the path of the ratchet 12.
The brake supply line is shown in the braking position in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 of the drawing. In the unbraked position, i.e. in the standby position (Fig. Yes and 2a), the locking lever 41 is so that when the spring 60 is tensioned, the surface 46 of the stop piece 44 the lever 35 </ B> is applied, the locking hook 42 is out of engagement with your ratchet ring, the coupling sleeves 1 and 5 are coupled, the locking pin 25 under the action of the spring 26 and swiveling the lever 35 against the stop ring 39 ,
There is engagement with the ratchet ring 10 , and the locking bolt 29 with its free end leans onto the conical surface of the annular bead 31 from above.
If, for example, a thread break occurs, the machine is switched off by pivoting the lower end of the lever 35 to the left through the ring lock 38, and the braking device is actuated as follows : The ring lock 38 swivels the lever 35 out so that the ratchet 24 iii engages the ratchet 10 and the ratchet 9 < / B> holds in its then-then position, while at the same time the stop surface 46 de * A on the lever 41 arranged AnscUlages 44 is withdrawn from their support.
By securing the locking disk 9 , when the drive shaft 2 continues to rotate, the coupling sleeve 1 is moved out of the position according to ZD Fig. La by sliding up the pin 7 the relevant teeth 8 of the locking disk 9 are pulled away from the coupling sleeve 11 and the machine shaft is thus decoupled. The coupling sleeve 1 is lifted so high that
that the end of the locking bolt 29 resting on the conical surface of the annular bead 31 slides off the latter and lies under the bead 31 . When the drive shaft 2 continues to rotate, the inclined surface 33 runs over the adjacent locking pin end, where the coupling sleeve 1 lifts a little more so that the ends of the driver 7 the teeth 8 can no longer touch.
By pulling away the support for the stop surface 46 of the stop 44, the locking lever 41 is enabled at the beginning of the lifting of the coupling sleeve, under the action of the spring 60, so far in the direction of the guide of the arrow P (FIG. 2) so that the bearing surface 45 comes to rest against the lever 35, respectively. that the locking hook engages in the ratchet 12 and the brake sleeve 14 holds. Depending on the clamping of the brake sleeve, the machine with the machine shaft 4 comes to a standstill more quickly or less quickly.
The eccentric disk 58 is arranged on the coupling sleeve 1 in such a way that the lever 54 through the eccentric disk: 58 to the arrow direction p </ B> (Fig. 3) is pivoted in the opposite direction. This pivoting movement is also followed by the lever 59, by means of which the locking lever 41 is pivoted back into its starting position by means of the stud bolt 43.
Under the action of the lever 48, the lever 35 is also pivoted back into its starting position after the ring lock 38 has released it. In this position of the parts it is possible to turn the machine with the machine shaft around its axis.
By returning the lever 35 to its starting position - the locking bolt 52 is also enabled to return to its starting position under the action of the spring 26 return, while the lever 54 and the pressure lever 59 connected to it return to their starting positions after the coupling sleeve 1 has been lowered.
The machine is restarted by pulling away the locking pin 29 under the bead 81 , whereby the coupling between the drive shaft 2 and under the action of the spring 3 the machine shaft 4 pushed.
If actuation of the brake is to be prevented, the detent 49 of the locking lever 48 is to be placed on the lever 35 by preventing the locking lever 41 from pivoting out.
