Grasdör r appar at.
Dieser Gra.sdö rrappa.rat kennzeichnet sich dadurch, da.ss in einer mit Mitteln zur Erzeu gung eines aufsteigenden warmen Luftstro- me;
Grasdör r apparatus at. The subject of the present invention is (-in Grasdörrappa.rat, which is supposed to make it possible to (transform grass into hay.
This Gra.sdö rrappa.rat is characterized by the fact that in a with means for generating an ascending warm air flow;
provided chamber two endless conveyor hands with drivers for the goods to be dehydrated are arranged in relation to each other that the one conveyor belt receiving the goods to be treated in the lower part of the chamber, the same drops after passing through a section on the other conveyor belt, after which Depending on how it has passed through a further section, the items to be dried alternately fall from one belt to the other, so that the whole thing is that the items to be dried at the top of the chamber are processed into hay.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the subject invention is Darge, namely Fig. 1 shows a vertical longitudinal section, and Fig. 2 is a vertical cross section. In a rectangular chamber 2, a conveyor belt 4 runs over five rollers and writes a serpentine line in the chamber 2. In addition, this conveyor belt 4 runs over two guides 5, each of which has a plurality of guide rollers 6 for the conveyor belt 4. A second conveyor belt 7 runs over a number of rollers 8 and 18 and over two guides 9 with guide rollers 10, this second conveyor belt 7 also in the interior of the chamber 2 describes a serpentine line.
The two conveyor belts 4 and 7 and the rollers 3 and 8 and guides 5 and 9 are arranged in such a way that the horizontal parts a of the serpentine lines run parallel to one another. The guides 5 and 9 are located in a semicircle, concentric to the guide rollers 13 and 18. The conveyor belt 7 runs into the open through two openings 11 in the side wall of the chamber 2, where a roller 8 is arranged.
This half of the chamber 2 lying part of the conveyor belt 7 is used to include fresh grass men and convey it into the chamber. Both conveyor belts 4 and 7 have tips 12, which are used to take the conveyed material with you during the horizontal movement of the belts in a safer manner, and which still make it possible for the conveyed material to be free from one conveyor belt to the other in the curvatures, that is can fall down near the points where the guides 5 and 9 are located, so that the goods to be conveyed are turned at those points.
Between the two conveyor belts, at three points, by means of a chain wheel transmission, there are mounted venders 19 that rotate the goods halfway along the horizontal stretches. A fan 14 is located approximately halfway up the chamber to support the rising air flow. Below in the chamber there is an electric hot air generator 15. Above in the chamber there are a plurality of chimneys 16 close to the side wall of the same, so that the moisture-laden air can escape.
If the material to be conveyed has reached the top, it partly falls by itself into a shaft 20, partly it is taken down a distance by the conveyor belt 7, where it comes to a guide surface 17, for example made of sheet metal, and where it is Ap parat can be removed. Between the guide plate 17 and the hot air generator 15, a fan 21 is also attached, which chases a stream of warm air through the duct 20.
All moved parts are driven by an electric motor 22 outside the chamber 2, which is located below a wheel and chain transmission 23.
The conveyor belts, the speed of which can be set differently, are expediently made of metal mesh so that the hot air can easily pass through. The movement conditions and the Heizungsmög possibilities are chosen so that it is possible, depending on the nature of the same, depending on the nature of the same grass abandoned on the conveyor belt 7 in 25 to 35 minutes as hay from the chamber: to be able to. The temperature in the chamber 2 is set to an average of about 50 to 65, taking into account the nature of the grass given up. Appropriately, will. the whole apparatus is designed so that it can be easily dismantled and rebuilt
As can be seen from Fig. 1, a steady turning of the same takes place during the passage of the items to be dried, so that the items to be dried are kept loosely and are effectively exposed to the warm air stream, which means that rapid drying is possible. A precipitation of developing moisture on already dried goods does not take place in the apparatus shown.
The Grasdörrapparat can be formed in various respects deviating from the Ausfüh shown and described approximately. For example, from the warm air generator 15 several warm air tubes can be led upwards, which open at different heights in the individual NEN stages. The warm air generator can also be arranged instead of in the chamber 2 in the vestibule visible at the bottom left in FIG. 1 with a connection to the warm air pipes mentioned at different heights. The fan 14 can also fall away.
