Description

  

  Einrichtung zur Verbindung von Holzteilen, insbesondere bei Möbeln.    Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfin  dung bildet eine Einrichtung zur Verbin  dung von Holzteilen,     insbesondere    bei Mö  beln. Diese besitzt zwei an den Holzteilen  zu befestigende Platten und eine Spann  schraube. Jede Platte weist einen aufrecht  stehenden, eine Schlitzöffnung bildenden Bü  gel auf, von denen einer den     Schraubenkopf     der     Spannschraube        unterfasst,    während im  andern die Schraubenmutter beweglich gela  gert ist. Bei dieser Einrichtung gestattet  eine geringe     Verschiebba.rkeit    der beiden Plat  ten die     Verbindung    von nicht bündig zusam  mentreffenden Holzteilen.  



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist eine       beispielsweise    Ausführungsform des     Erfin-          dungsgegenstandes    zur Darstellung gebracht,  lind zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine Draufsicht,       Fig.    2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie  und       Fig.    3 einen solchen nach der Linie     I3-B          dc#r        Fig.    1.  



  Die Vorrichtung besitzt zwei Platten a,  <I>b,</I> die mit ihren umgebogenen Rändern<I>c, d</I>       anf    je einer Holzwand<I>e, f</I> aufliegen und an    derselben mittelst je drei Schrauben g befe  stigt sind. In jeder Platte ist ein aufrecht  stehender, eine Schlitzöffnung bildender Bü  gel     lt        bezw.   <I>i</I> mittelst zweier Lappen<I>k</I>     bezw.          l    befestigt, indem diese durch einen Schlitz.  der Platte gesteckt und rechtwinklig aus  einander gebogen sind.

   Der Bügel     l2    unter  fasst den     Schraubenkopf    n einer .durch .die       beiden    Bügel gesteckten Spannschraube<I>na.</I>  Der     Schraubenkopf        n    besitzt zwei sich kreu  zende Bohrungen o zum Durchstecken eines  Stiftes beim Anziehen der Spannschraube.

    Die Schraubenmutter     p    besitzt an einem zy  lindrischen Teil     einerends    einen 'vorstehen  den Rand<I>q,</I> mit welchem sie am Bügel     i.    an  steht, und     anderends    auf beiden Seiten eine       Zunge        T,    die ein Heraustreten der Schrauben  mutter aus dem Bügel i verhindert. Die  Schraubenmutter<I>p</I> ist im Bügel<I>i</I> mit Spiel  gelagert, derart, dass sie sich im Schlitz des  Bügels verschieben lässt und allfälligen  Schräglagen der Schraube m entsprechend  einstellt.  



  Die     beschriebene    Einrichtung kann für  die Verbindung von Holzteilen, insbesondere  bei Möbeln, vorzüglich als sogenannte      Schrankschraube zum Zusammenhalten der  Seitenwände mit dem Oberteil und dem Un  terteil von Schränken verwendet werden.  Eine geringe     Verschiebbarkeit    der beiden  Platten a, b gegeneinander gestattet die Ver  bindung von nicht bündig zusammentreffen  den,     also    in ungleichen Ebenen liegenden  Holzteilen.

A low displaceability of the two plates a, b against each other allows the connection of non-flush, that is, wooden parts lying in unequal planes.
