Description

  

      Zentrifugal-Jaucliepumpe.       Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Er  findung bildet eine     Zentrifugal-Jauchepumpe     mit     Doppel-Förderflügel,    welche gegenüber  bekannten derartigen Jauchepumpen dadurch  gekennzeichnet ist, dass die     Doppel-Förder-          flügel        .doppelrohrkrümmerähnlich    und     beider-          ends    offen sind, wobei eine Seitenwand für  den Eintritt der Jauche fehlt, während die  andere Seitenwand in der Mitte die Pumpen  welle trägt.  



  In der beigefügten Zeichnung ist ein  Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen  standes veranschaulicht, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 einen Schnitt nach .der Linie     A-B     in     Fig    2, und       Fig.    2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie     C-D     in     Fig.    1, mit den     Doppel-Förderflügeln    in       Ansicht.     



  Mit     cc    ist in der Zeichnung das das Putz  loch     13    aufweisende Pumpengehäuse be  zeichnet, das mit Ausnahme des am Gehäuse       a    angeschraubten Lagerauges h für die     diaAn-          friebsriemenscheibe        la    tragende Pumpenwelle  e aus einem einzigen Stück besteht.

   Mit der  Pumpenwelle fest verbunden ist der Doppel  Förderflügel F, der eine Rückwand<B>1</B> besitzt,    in .deren Mitte die Welle e befestigt ist,  welche .die     beiderends    offenen     Joppelrohr-          krümmerähnlichen        Doppel-Förderflügel   <I>c, d</I>  trägt, wobei die die beiden Flügel bildenden  Wände mit ihrem in der     Drehrichtung    rück  wärtigen Ende der     Umfangswand        zt,    des       Pumpengehäuses    näher liegen als mit ihrem  andern Ende.

   An der der Wand     l    gegenüber  liegenden Seite ist das Gehäuse offen für den       Eintritt    der zu fördernden Flüssigkeit in  dasselbe. Der auf     dieser    Seite befindliche  Rand der Flügel ist am Umfang mit einem  an der Gehäusewand anliegenden, nach  aussen kantig zulaufenden Bord i versehen,  durch welches verhindert werden soll, da ss  auf der die Eintrittsöffnung aufweisenden  Seite des Gehäuses     zwischen    den Flügeln  und dem Pumpengehäuse Jaucheresten, wie       Stroh,    Papier     etc,    durchdringen können.     f     ist ein Stutzen zum Entleeren des Pumpen  gehäuses.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Centrifugal liquid manure pump with double delivery vanes, characterized; that the double conveying vanes are double pipe elbow-like and open at both ends, with one side wall for the entry of the liquid to be conveyed missing, while the other side wall is in the Middle .the pump shaft carries.
