Device for the automatic unwinding of the liette from a stationary chain beam in looms with chain beam sensors. Devices for the automatic unwinding of the chain from the chain beam to loom with a chain beam sensor and axially displaceable worm that drives the chain beam and is driven from the chair by means of a positive circuit are known.
In one of these known devices, however, the worm together with the chain beam is shifted, which has the disadvantage that faulty products arise with a large number of revolutions or heavy fabrics, in that the chain beam is shifted jerkily by the material stop and suddenly coupled with the driving shaft and by it uncoupled and the chain loosened.
In the device according to the invention, the cited disadvantage is eliminated and an unwinding: the chain from the chain tree under practically enough equal tension from the beginning to the end of the chain while avoiding uneven spots in the Ge tissue.
The advantages mentioned are achieved according to the invention in that the differences in tension that occur in the chain, acting directly on the ortsfestsn chain tree, cause the drive worm to move, with which a two-armed lever is connected, one arm of which can be changed by changing the leverage adjustable pin is articulated to a lever connected to a counter-pulling device, on whose shaft a fork sits,
which acts on the switching device under the influence of the chain tree sensor in order to regulate the circuit as a function of the chain tension.
One embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the drawing.
Fig. 1 is a side view of the Einrich device seen from the drive side; Fig. 2 is a schematic illustration; Figure 3 is an elevation of the device, and .Fix. 4 is a vertical section on the line V-V in FIG.
The chain boom 1 is firmly connected to the driver 2 and rotatably mounted in the shields 3. On the driver 2, a worm wheel 4 is keyed, which is slidable in a device on the drive shaft 5 in the axial Rich - but non-rotatably angeord designated worm 6 engages. The screw 6 is connected to a two-armed lever 7 and .dieser by a pin 8 with a one-armed lever 9 fixed on a shaft 10. A lever 11 is also firmly seated on the shaft 10, on which the counter-tensioning spring 12 required to load the chain acts.
The spring 12 can be tensioned as desired for the various chains 13 and the effective arm of the lever 11, which has a slot (not shown), can be conveniently changed in order to obtain the correct counter-tension for the chain. The effective lever arm of the chain depends on the respective warp beam diameter and must accordingly change the leverage between levers 7 and 9 in order to bring about an even chain tension in the chain 13 with unchanged counter tension, i.e. in the diagram in FIG. 2

- be constant.
The actual position to be given to the bolt 8 is indicated by a pointer 14 which is carried by a lever 15. Lever 15 is attached to the shaft 16 carrying the sensor lever 17. As a result of the decrease in the chain tree diameter, the pointer 14 now rises, and the connecting bolt 8 can be set again precisely to the mark of the pointer 14 by hand by means of the spindle 18 from time to time. If the tension in the chain is always the same, the worm 6 remains unchanged in its position.
The inevitable switching device ensures that the chain from the chain tree 1 is then released. The rod 20 (fix. 4) is evenly moved back and forth by a swinging lever or by means of an eccentric of the loom and engages the slotted lever 21. Lever 21 is connected to a conical toothed piston 22, which engages in a conical toothed piston 23 also carrying a lever 24 with a long slot. A pull rod 2 7 connects the lever 24 to the scissors lever 25, which is connected by a bolt 28 fastened to the latter BE with the second, about the axis of the handwheel 19 loosely rotatable Sche renhebel 26 is connected.
A scale 29 is attached to one scissor lever 25 (fix. 1), according to which the switching for the various tissues can be regulated by adjusting the driver pin 28 with pointer in the levers 25, 26 attached to the scissor lever 25. For example, the number of shots can be marked on the scale 29. On the upper scissor lever 26, which is also the switching lever, several switch latches 30 are rotatably mounted for precise switching and these latches engage in the ratchet wheel 31 which is fixed on the shaft 5.
When the ratchet wheel 31 rotates, the worm 6 and the worm wheel 4, together with the chain tree 1, are also rotated and the necessary chain material is thus delivered. The sensor lever 17 regulates the switching device as a function of the warp beam diameter, in that the sensor is connected to the switching rod 20 by a rod 17 'and moves it in the slotted lever 21.
If, for example, excessive tension occurs in the warp during weaving, the worm 6 shifts in the direction of the arrow P (Fix. 1). Through the transfer levers 7 and 9, the compensating lever 32 fixed on the shaft 10 is now rotated downwards and with it the pull rod <B> 27; </B> as a result, the effective lever arm of the lever 24 is increased, i.e. it occurs a small multi-circuit according to the overvoltage and thereby the chain tension gradually balances out again. The worm 6 returns to its normal position under your train of the spring 12. Exactly the same thing happens when the tension decreases, only in the opposite sense.
Thus, by means of the device described, from the beginning to the end of the chain, practically sufficient tension can always be achieved and uneven spots in the tissue can be avoided. The worker no longer has to ensure that the tension in the chain is even, but only has to move the bolt 8 over a period of a few days, relieving her and allowing her attention to other functions. This also results in increased work performance.
As shown in FIG. 2, a weight 12 'can be used as a counter tensioning organ for the chain instead of the spring 12.
