Cylinder lubrication device for piston engine in. The invention relates to a cylinder sc, slicing device for piston machines and orders that the interval between two delivery strokes of the lubricating pump takes more than one rotation of the main carbel.
The air conditioning pump can be arranged directly above the air conditioning point on the working cylinder itself, for the purpose of preventing a time shift in the oil supply to the lubrication point due to the elasticity of the line or the lubricant.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing using a schematic exemplary embodiment.
Fig. 1 shows a lubricating device constructed according to the invention in section; in Fig. 2 a variant of the control member of the lubrication pump is shown; FIG. 3 is a section through the plane a - a of FIG. 2.
1 is the cylinder of a piston machine, 2 - the working piston of the same. The hinge pump 3 is arranged on the cylinder 1 , to which the lubricant is fed through a line 4. The piston 5 of the lubrication pump is connected to * a servomotor piston 6 , which is in a cylinder cylinder 7 is moved under the influence of a pressure medium flowing out of the line 8.
The pressure medium is sucked in by the pump 10 from the line 9 and through the channel 11 into the housing 12 of the control element 13 </ B> of the lubricating pump. On the housing 12, apart from the line 8 , there is an overflow 14, as well as a line leading to an expansion tank 15 16 connected. The piston 17 of the pump 10 is actuated by a crank 18 , which rotates with the same number of revolutions as the crank of the piston 2. On the A gear 20 and a cam 21 are attached to the control shaft 19, and a gear 23 and a cam 24 are arranged on a further shaft 22.
The gears 20 and 23 mesh with one another and form a transmission gear connected between #ffer working machine and the lubrication pump. The bars 26 with the cams sit on a rod 26 rotatably mounted in 29 and fastened by means of a spring 30 21 and 24 engaging rollers 28 and 27. The control element 13 is through the rod 31 with the linkage 26 connected.
According to the variant according to FIG. 2, the control element of the lubrication pump, which is enclosed in a housing 33 and moved by a shaft 34, has openings 36 and 37 provided turntable 35 through which the flow space of the lubricating pump is either connected to the expansion tank 15 or closed off by it. In the latter case, the servo motor piston 6 is pushed downwards under the influence of the pressure oil. The drive of the shaft 34 can be done by any device connected to the main crank of the piston machine in a certain transmission ratio.
The lubricating device works in such a way that the piston 2 only after a certain number of times, for example after 3, 6, 8, 20 ete during operation. Strokes in which the lubricant is supplied in the position shown with a dashed line. This feed is as follows: The control shaft 19 is driven by the main shaft (not shown) in a manner known per se and runs with the number of revolutions like the main shaft and drives via the crank 18 < / B> the piston 17 of the pressure medium pump 10 , which supplies the pressure medium necessary for the adjustment of the servo motor piston 6 .
In the La-e shown in FIG. 1, the pressure means, 2 n z. B. 01 through the line 11 into the housing 12 of the control element 13 and from there into the vessel 15 </ B > promoted, since the control organ covers the channel 8 leading to the piston 6 . If the working piston is now to be lubricated, for example after every tenth crank rotation, the auxiliary gearwheel is the auxiliary gearwheel when the gearwheel 20 is provided with a (z. B. = 8) teeth 23 to be provided with 10a (e.g. =: 80) teeth.
In Fig. 1, the position of the cams 21 and 24 is drawn straight before a working stroke of the lubricating pump. The control piston 13 has moved from the position I, which it occupies over the angle α of the axis 21, into the final position 11, in which it remains during the rotation angle p1. Meanwhile, the Noclien 24 has also turned at the correspondingly geared speed, so that it.
when the cam 21 has arrived in the position shown in dashed lines, see also in the position shown in dashed lines, in which the rollers 27 and 9-8 come to rest in the lowest points of the two bones that coincide with them. Under the action of the spring 30 , the rod 26 </ B > Pulled to the left into position III and thus the control element 13 of the piston 6 is brought into position III shown in dashed lines.
The oil pressed into the housing 1-2 under the pressure of the pump 10 finds the channel 16 closed and flows through it the Kana, 1 8 over the piston 6 and presses the same, as well as the piston 5 down, where through the lubricant supplied through the line 4 is pressed through the valve 40 into the cylinder 1 between the piston rings.
The control organs are regulated in such a way that the conveying of the lubricant takes place at the moment when the piston - ') is in the position shown in dashed lines in FIG. 1.
In the course of the further rotation of the shaft 21 , the roller 28 is approached through the nose 45. pressed to the right, so that the linkage 26 and thus the control lever 13 reaches the position I shown in dotted lines. Under the action of the spring 46, the piston 6 and thus also the piston 5 of the lubricating pump are pushed back, the pressure medium flowing out through the line 14 and new lubricant flowing through the line 4 flows into the pump 3 , which is stored there until the next delivery stroke.
When the cam 9,1 has now rotated through the angle α, the roller 28 and, since the cam 24 is shaped accordingly, the rod 26 and the piston 13 in the middle position - II, after a further rotation of the cam 21 , its lowest point 47 comes in front of the roller 28 < / B> to lie.
However, the roller 28 cannot follow the -Noelien '21 , since the rod 26 through the cam 24 and the roller 27 < / B> is held in position II until the point in time. in which, according to the intended transmission ratio, for example after ten revolutions, the lowest points of the two cams 21 and 24 come to lie simultaneously in front of the rollers 28 and 27.
Corresponding to the ten following revolutions of the main crank provided according to the transmission ratio, for example, the control shaft 19 also makes ten revolutions, the pump piston f7 ten working strokes, but this only pulsates the pressure medium through the lines 11 and 16 in the vessel 15 . During this time, the cam 24, which is fastened on the shaft 22 and rotated by a single TT: m rotation by the gear transmission 20, 23, has come into the position in which the control member 13 </ B> is moved into position III. The pressure medium delivered by the pump 10 then causes the delivery stroke of the lubrication pump.
In the control organ shown in FIG. 2, the pressure medium is pressed into the equalizing tank 15 as long as the through line 11 of the pump B> 10 through the channel 37 resp. 36 is kept open.
If during the movement of the turntable 35 its full parts 41 or 42 arrive via the line 8 , the pressure medium is directed via the piston 6 , it is pressed downwards and the lubricant is pressed into the cylinder 1 . The number of lubrication pulses can be adapted to the working machine by means of the rotational speed of the disk 35 also by special arrangement and number of connection openings. be twisted.
In ' where the pump is arranged on the working cylinder itself, a delay in the supply is switched off for the air conditioning oil line. The lines 11 and 8 are, like the pistons 17 and 6 , dimensioned such that the elasticity of the tubes or the liquid is no longer considered. Due to the area ratios of pistons 6 and 5 , the pressure in lines 8 and 11 is significantly lower, than, for example, with one of high-pressure compressors. used lubricating device of known design is necessary.
The lubricant device can be used for all types of piston machines, e.g. B. steam engines, compressors or internal combustion engines are used ver.
