Pendelzvage.
Vague pendulum. The present invention relates to a pendulum wagon with two goods trays, and is characterized by the fact that 'the balance beam except for the two goods trays attached to it is provided with a device that interacts with an additional weight, by means of which the additional weight, as desired , either hung on the balance beam or removed from the same and placed on fixed support pieces, so that when using each of the two product trays, weighing can be carried out with or without suspended additional weight.
An embodiment of the shuttle car according to the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 shows the scales in .Seitenansicht, partially in section; Fig. 2 shows a part of the balance seen from above, partially in section.
1 is the base of the balance, 2 is the balance beam, which can be rotated 'about knife edges 2' and carries the two product trays 3, 4, and is connected to the pendulum 6 by a flexible member, for example a steel band, in a known manner the balance is connected, which pendulum is firmly a related party with a pointer 7, which interacts with a weight scale, not shown in the drawing. 8 is a housing protruding from the base 1, in which the pendulum device, weight scale and a price table combined therewith (it is assumed that the pendulum carriage is a price-indicating carriage) are accommodated and transversely through which the balance beam 2 extends.
On the part of the beam 2 located in the housing 8, a fork 9 is attached between its two cheeks (FIG. 2), the prongs of which have an angular cutout 10 on the underside near their outer end. Through the Zin ken of the fork goes into this rotatably ge superimposed, horizontal pin 11, on which on the one hand two arms 12 parallel to the prongs of the fork 9, which are located on the outside of each of the fork prongs, and on the other hand a rod 13 is attached which forms a two-armed lever located on the pin 11.
The arms 12 together with the pin 11 form a fork that can be rotated in relation to the 'balance beam, the prongs (the arms 12) on their upper side, in the vicinity of the outer end, each .ein an obtuse-angled bearing. These bearings are intended to receive the pins 14 of an additional weight 15. If this latter, as shown in the drawing, is carried by the -Wagebarken 2, the cutouts 10 are located in the Zin ken of the fork 9 close to the pin 11 and prevent the weight from falling out of the fork 11, 12.
The fork 11, 12 is in this case on the balance beam \? firmly locked, namely in that a spring lock, not shown in the drawing, a displaceable pin or the like, which is carried by the rod 13, engages in a hole in the balance beam. A short rod 16 is attached to the upper end of the rod 13, which rod penetrates through a U-shaped slot 17, 17, 17 into the wall of the housing 8 and carries a handle 18 outside the housing.
The un lower end of the rod 13 carries a back th (according to B 'Fig. 1) directed pin 19 which engages in a bracket 20 which is attached to a rod 21 belonging to a weight scale and advertises that the Rod 21, when the rod 13 is rotated about the axis of the pin 11, performs a movement.
On the base 1, under the two pegs 14 of the additional weight 15, an upright support piece 22 is attached, which has a bearing 23 for the peg 14 in question. The support pieces 22 are located under the prongs of the fork 9 in such a position that the outer side surfaces of the support pieces are somewhat closer to the vertical longitudinal center plane of the ballistic ball than the inner side surfaces of the fork prongs 12.
The way it works is as follows: is the balance beam running \? the additional bevel 15 carries, the parts assume the positions shown in FIG. 1, and the rod 13, and consequently also the fork 11, 12, are then locked to the balance beam 2 in the above-mentioned manner.
If you now want to remove the weight 15 from the balance beam, you grasp the handle 18, release the lock (not shown) between the rod 13 and balance beam and press on the handle 18, whereby the balance beam 2 looks so because :
about the knife edges? ' turns until the rod 16 of the handle on its migration in the real leg 1 "r of the slot (Fig. 1) has come into the right end of the lower part 17 'of the slot, which the Vurbiudun, between the two slot legs 17 and IV' The two legs 17 and 17 ″ are blind concentric to the balance beam pivot point 2 and the part 17 ′ is concentric to the pin 11.
Then, by means of the handle 1.8, the rod 13 and thus the fork 11, 1 are rotated by guiding the handle rod 16 from the right to the left end of the lower part 17 'of the slot and in the new position the rod on the balance beam? pinned down. -While the above Erwäluiten rotation of the fork 11, 12, the arms 12 are brought down, whereby the pin 11 of the additional weight 15 to lie in the bearings 23 of the Tragstücl @ e 22 come while the fork prongs 12 are still further moved down.
The slot 17, 17 ', 17 "is designed such that when the rod 16 has reached the left end of the lower part 17' of the slot, the fork tines are completely freed from the pins of the Zusatzge weight when you release the handle 18 causes the balance beam to swing back into its normal balance. During this oscillation, the rod 16 wanders up the left leg of the slot 17, 17 ', 17 "(FIG. 1).
If the additional weight is to be hung on the ZUa.uebalhen again, this is done using the same hand movements as those mentioned above, but in the reverse order. You release the lock between balance beam and rod and move the rod 16 through the leg 17 "of the slot to the left end of the lower part 17 'of the slot and then to the right to the right end of this part of the slot.
The rod <B> 13 </B> is then bolted to the balance beam 2 and the fork prongs 12 are then in such a position that they catch the pins of the additional weight and take the weight with them when the balance beam is released when the hand handle swings back into its normal position, during which oscillation the rod 16 of the handle 18 in: leg 17 of the slot strolls up.
The above-described device zurr transport of the additional weight from the balance beam to the fixed support pieces 22 and vice versa, consists of a fork 11, 12, which is carried by the balance beam and provided with the handle 18 with the rod <B according to the above Anführ th > 13 </B> is firmly connected. This latter, and consequently the fork 11, 12, can be bolted to the balance beam, in two different positions ver; In one of these positions, the prongs of the fork carry the additional weight <B> 15 </B> while the fork places the additional weight on the fixed support pieces 22 during its movement from this position to the other position.
The movement of the handle 18 is determined by the rod 16 which is fastened to the rod 18 and which is guided through the U-shaped slot 17, 17 ', 17 ".
