Description

  

  Verfahren um     Briden    an Gegenstände von verschiedenen Dimensionen anzupassen.    Den Gegenstand vorliegender     Erfindung     bildet ein Verfahren, um     Briden    an Gegen  stände von verschiedenen Dimensionen, zum  Beispiel Rohren, anzupassen.

   Ein band  förmiges Organ, dessen eines Ende mit einer  elektrisch gut leitenden Klemmvorrichtung  für elektrische Stromleiter, zum Beispiel für  Erdleitungen, verbunden ist, wird um einen  Gegenstand gelegt, und das andere     Ende    des  bandförmigen Organes wird mittelst einer  Aussparung an mindestens einem Ansatz ein  gehängt, der an der Klemmvorrichtung der  art angebracht ist, dass mindestens eine  Schraube, welche die Klemmvorrichtung     zu-          sammenklemmt,    zugleich auch das band  förmige Organ fest um den Gegenstand an  zieht, wobei sich die Schraube gegen diesen       abstützt.     



  Eine Vorrichtung zum Ausführen des  den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bil  denden Verfahrens ist in einer beispiels  weisen Ausführungsform in beifolgender  Zeichnung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 ein Rohr mit     Bride    in Front  ansicht,         Fig.    2 und 3 die Anordnung nach     Fig.    1  in verschiedenen Seitenansichten,       Fig.    4 den     Grundriss    der Anordnung nach       Fig.    1.  



  Um das Rohr 1 ist ein biegsames Metall  band 2 gelegt, das mit dem einen Ende um  die elektrisch gut leitenden Klemmplatten  7; 8 abgebogen und an ihnen befestigt ist.  Zwischen den Klemmplatten 7, 8 sind Lei  tungsdrähte 9, 10 in Aussparungen ein  gelegt. Der Leitungsdraht 10 hat grösseren  Durchmesser als Draht 9. Während die  Platte 8 Gewinde für die Schrauben 5, 6  aufweist, besitzt die Platte 7 Durchgangs  löcher für die Schrauben. Letztere stützen  sich mit ihren Spitzen auf dem Rohr 1 ab  und bilden eine gute elektrische Verbindung  zwischen den Leitungsdrähten 9, 10 und  dem Rohr 1. Während die Klemmvorrich  tung 7, 8 einen Ansatz 3 aufweist, besitzt  das eine Ende des Bandes 2 verschiedene  Aussparungen 11, 12, welche an dem An  satz 3 eingehängt werden können.  



  Das Anpassen der     Bride    erfolgt nun in  folgender Weise:      Das bandförmige Organ 2 wird über die  Klemmplatten 7, 8 gelegt, und zwar so, dass  die Schrauben 5, 6 durch die Löcher des  Bandendes gehen. Die     .Schrauben    werden in  die Platte 8 eingeschraubt. Da gewöhnlich  das Rohr, um welches die     Bride        gelegt    wer  den soll, an =einem schwer     zugängigen    Orte  liegt, ist es von Vorteil, dass die nun folgende  Arbeit der Befestigung der     Bride    um das  Rohr eine höchst einfache ist. Das band  förmige Organ 2 wird um das Rohr und die  Aussparung 12 über den Ansatz     ä    gelegt.

    Jetzt wird mindestens der eine Leitungs  draht (9 oder 10) zwischen die Klemm  platten 7, 8 gelegt, die Schrauben 5, 6 wer  den angezogen, wobei sich dieselben gegen  das Rohr 1 abstützen. Das     Bridenband    2  wird dabei gut am Rohr 1 befestigt, wäh  rend der Leitungsdraht zwischen den Klemm  platten 7, 8 gut festgeklemmt ist. Es sind  verschiedene Aussparungen am Ende des  Bandes vorhanden, damit entsprechend der  Dicke des Rohres die eine oder andere Aus  sparung benutzt werden kann. Die Befesti  gung des freien Endes 4 des Bandes 2 kann  auch in anderer Weise geschehen, als wie  dargestellt.

PATENTANSPRUCH I Verfahren, um Briden an Gegenstände von verschiedenen Dimensionen anzupassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein bandförmi ges Organ, dessen eines Ende mit einer elektrisch gut leitenden Klemmvorrichtung für elektrische Stromleiter verbunden ist, um einen Gegenstand gelegt und das andere Ende des Bandes mittelst einer Aussparung an mindestens einem Ansatz eingehängt wird, der an der Klemmvorrichtung derart angebracht ist, dass mindestens eine Schraube, welche die Klemmvorrichtung zusammen klemmt, zugleich auch das bandförmige Organ fest um den Gegenstand anzieht, wobei sich die Schraube gegen diesen ab stützt.
