Fingerschutzvorrichtung an Pressen ete.
Finger protection device on presses. The present invention relates to a finger protection device on presses, punches, etc.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, specifically showing: FIG. 1 a partial side view of a press with the protective device raised. FIG. 2 shows a partial front view thereof, and FIG. 3 shows a partial side view of the press with the protective device lowered.
The finger protection device shown has an upstream of the pressing tool, the same partially enclosing, rustähn union frame, which consists of long rods 1, 2, 3, etc., which are guided in a guide traverse 4 attached to the press frame K, and one with the lower ends the rods connected, bow-shaped traverse ä consists.
The guide traverse 4 is permanently connected to the press stand K above the highest point of the press tool, so it does not take into account the downward movement of the frame, so that the press tool is completely closed off on three sides from the table to beyond the tool by the grate-like frame during the operation . With the vertical movement of the rods and the lower frame, the worker can observe the operation closely through between the rods without tiring his eyes.
Since his hands are free, it is also possible for him, depending on his skill, to insert the work pieces into the tools from the left or right and thus achieve a large production. If he has to change the tools, he gets to the lower ones without further ado and to the upper ones after pressing down the crossbeam with the rods also if without having to change the working position of the protective device.
Between the un tern ends of the rods 1, 2, 3 etc. rubber rings 1 ', 2', 3 'etc. are clamped, which protrude downward over the rods, so that disruptive hand injuries due to any impact of the cross member 5 the same when the frame goes down. are excluded.
The traverse 5 is arranged on one with the on the pin 6 of the coupling parts and with the actuating lever 8 of the latter ver related lever 9 attached flap 1O, the flap 10 slots 11. 11 'has to the frame with respect to the tools to be able to adjust. The confirmation of the on or Trip device is done by the lever 12 and the Fe of 13.
If the press is at rest according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the Fingerschutzvor device is in its upper position, so that the worker can place the piece to be pressed. If the machine comes into operation by the worker pressing the lever 12, then first, i. H. Before the pressing tool is set in motion, the finger protection device moves downwards, it hurries ahead of the tool and prevents the worker from putting his fingers between the tool parts and damaging the fingers.
Since the rods of the Fingerschutzvorrich device are relatively long and are guided through the guide traverse attached to the tool on the press frame, it is also impossible to get under the tool from above with your fingers. The clarity of the workpieces to be machined is not greatly disturbed by the lowering of the protective device, because it is designed as a rust-like frame.
