Device for mounting the running rail and switch device for railway rails. Known devices for storing the running rail and tongue device in railway rails use wide, continuous longitudinal plates on which the running rail and the sliding saddles of the lung device are be fastened and which are rigidly connected to the cross sleepers. There are also cases in which wide, continuous longitudinal slabs are not practical despite their other advantages, because, for example, there is such a large soil cover that the tamping of the sleepers, which is important for track construction and flawless storage, is made more difficult.
The He-making avoids these disadvantages by using a rail and a sleeper arm having a cross plate, the rail arm the rail and the sleeper arm lying on the cross-sleeper, which does not protrude significantly above the ceiling of the cross-sleeper, the sliding saddle of the switch device carries and in rigid connection with the rail and cross sleeper.
The invention is explained using an execution example on the drawing; 1 is a front view of the storage device, FIG. 2 is a side view, FIGS. 3 and 4 show the plan and a side view of the cross plate by itself, and FIG. 5 is a view of FIG. 3 in the direction of the arrow x in connection with the rail.
The cross plate has a runway arm 1 and a sleeper arm 6, the width of which corresponds to the foot 12 of the runway respectively. the ceiling 13 corresponds to the cross sleeper. The rail arm 1 is provided with a recess 4, in which the sleeper arm 6 with a correspondingly low part 7 is inserted, so that a flush support surface for the rail foot 12 is created. The part of the rail arm carrying the arm part 7 is denoted by 5.
The arm parts 5 and 7 have a hole for the arrangement of a Zap fens 8, which also passes through the sleeper ceiling 13 and an abutment to take on the longitudinal and transverse thrust is. The sliding saddle 9 is attached to the sleeper arm 6 by rivets 6 '.
For rigid connection of the rail arm 1 lllid so that the cross plate to the running rail, U-pieces 10 with wedge surfaces are provided which overlap the rail foot 12 from above and the associated part of the rail arm from underneath; are in the latter. Gutters -? for the fastening screws 3, which pass through the U-pieces 1 (1, see easily.
This results in an adjustable connection of the rail and cross plate of great simplicity and effectiveness. On the threshold plate 6 a reinforcing part 11 is provided on the outside of the running rail, which tion for the storage and attachment of clamping plates, rail supports, etc. is intended.
The new storage facility thus enables on the one hand a simple, flawless storage of the running rail and switch device, without hindering the important term tamping of the sleepers in the individual track forms.
The attachment of the sliding saddle can also be done in other ways, for example by screwing, welding and the like. The cross plate can be made in one or more parts.
