Schaltvorrichtung an 31ehrweghahnen.
Switching device on multi-way taps. On reusable loungers, it is important that the chuck is set to the correct rotational position in which its flow openings are correctly positioned relative to those in the housing; namely, these positions must be given by stops or the like: because mere pointer settings, marks and the like are not reliable enough when operated.
In the case of reusable faucets, which are used to control the liquid in double measuring vessels, which are common, for example, in the sale of gasoline, 01 and the like, the calibration authorities also require that a switch position that has been left is not restored can be set before a new switch position has been reached.
A known device for achieving this purpose is that a pawl is placed on the rotary lever of the chick, which is held in engagement with a fixed tooth segment when the chick is turned and thereby prevents turning back ver until the new switching position of the chick is reached the pawl has been turned, so that it then locks in the opposite direction and thus turning back the dull pawl is only now possible.
With this device, the key must be rotated from one switching position to the other in one direction and from this to the first in the other direction. This results in a one-sided grinding of the neck. In addition, every attempt to switch too early causes the pawl to be pressed into the ratchet teeth, which, if some force is used, can cause the rotary lever to jam, so that further operation can be carried out des Halines is prevented.
By, the shaft supply line according to the present invention, these inconveniences are avoided. A rotary lever that switches only in one direction simply disengages it from the chuck with a pawl when it is turned backwards, and its coupling can only take place if, when turning forwards, it has brought the chuck into a certain rotational position.
The drawing represents an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely on a #lielirwegliahii of a double measuring vessel.
FIGS. 1 and 2 schematically show the shut-off positions of the cock; Prop. 3 shows the tap with the switching device in a longitudinal section; Fig. 4 shows a section according to III-III in Eig. 2.
In the position according to Fig. 1, the tap connects the pressure line 1 to one measuring vessel II, while the other measuring vessel III is connected to the discharge line IV.
In the position according to FIG. 2, the measuring vessel III is connected to the pump and the hot vessel 1I is connected to the discharge line IV.
In the tap housing 1 , the plug 2 can be rotated. On: the neck of the chick the rotary love 3 can be loosely rotated and the ring 4 provided with four teeth is fixed.
On the lever ä the driver pin 5 can be displaced in a sleeve and a spring 6 presses it against the ring 4, so that it is when the Lever 3 strikes clockwise against a tooth of ring 4 and rotates ring -1 with chuck 2 . If the lever is turned counterclockwise, the pin 5 slides on the back of a tooth of the ring 4 by being pushed back against the action of the spring 6 . So you can only turn the halinkick with the lever 3 clockwise.
The cock , hä, () - e use a cylindrical chamber 7 , the front part of which is removable and the casing has a slot 8 </ B>, in which the lever 3 can move to a limited extent, the stops being formed by adjustable sliders ga and gb, and these are set in such a way that for transferring the chuck 22 from one control position (Fig. 1) into the other 2)
a pivoting movement of the lever from the stop 9a to the stop gb is required. In the control position of the na, ch Fig. 1, a tooth of the ring 4 lies in such a way that the pin rests on its gripping surface when the Lever 3 is in contact with the stop ga, so the lever and catch are coupled together.
The four teeth of the ring 4 are distributed on the circumference in exactly the same way as the four through openings of the key 3, as a result of which the pin 5 always comes into engagement with a tooth like that when the lever is moved back to the stop ga after reversing the cock, i.e. after moving lever 3 from stop ga to stop 91).
In contrast, the engagement cannot take place if the lever is moved back before it has been brought to the stop 9b, because then no tooth of the ring 4 is in such a way that the pin 5 can snap into place over it during this rüel # movement #.
So that the chick does not overturn and when the pin 5 falls on the back of a tooth of the ring 4 it is not carried along, there is a disc 18 on the back of the ring attached, which has notches on its circumference, in which a spring lock engages in each switching position of the cow.
On control lanes of double measuring vessels that serve to dispense liquids, a counter is usually required, by means of which the number of taps that have taken place or the amount of liquid used for pouring out can be displayed is brought.
Such a counting device must be connected to the control of the plug in such a way that counting takes place as soon as a serving is initiated so that each serving is counted reliably.
For this purpose, a steering wheel 10 is placed on a square pin of the Kiiel # ens 22 , this engages in a pin wheel 11 , because it combs with a Zalinrad 12. This gear wheel 12 is fixed on the pointer axis 16 which is rotatably mounted in a bearing sleeve 17 .
The bearing sleeve 17 is f est in the front wall of the chamber 7 and carries a ratchet wheel 14 into which one is hinged to the wheel 1, 2 The locking pawl 13 engages so that the pointer 15 cannot be turned backwards.
Every change of the chick after which a measuring vessel is emptied results in an adjustment of the pointer 15 , so that this the amount of the tapped liquid, ID7 -tends.
Now the teeth of the wheel 10 are distributed around the circumference in the same way as those of the ring 4, and a tooth of the star wheel 10 with the wheel <is located in each holding position of the chuck B> 11 engages, so that the counter is switched on immediately when the chuck is turned with lever 3.
A multi-stage counter, whose viewing holes are visible through a flash in the front wall of the chamber 17 , can also be connected to the pointer mechanism.
Instead of the star 10 and the small wheel 11 , another still disc and a switch lever of a counter reaching into its path can be arranged.
