Spool rack for tagging stationary spools. The previously known bobbin racks for warping from stationary bobbins - especially conical cross bobbins come into consideration - arrange the thread withdrawal mostly from horizontally or approximately horizontally placed bobbins. This has the disadvantage that the withdrawn thread rubs more strongly on the upper edge of the bobbin due to its own weight at the bottom. In addition to the formation of fluff, therefore, uneven and heavy loads on the yarn are the disadvantageous consequences.
The previous horizontal arrangement of the coils has another disadvantage in the difficulties that arise when the gate is replaced. Access to the bobbin holders is impeded by the thread tension grids. Attempts have been made to counteract this inconvenience by extending the thread tensioning grid and also by mobile arrangement of the inner bobbin holder frame, but this results in a much more complicated and therefore expensive design.
Attempts have also been made to place the bobbins vertically in the frame, but it had to be realized that this increases the space required for such a bobbin frame, makes it difficult to operate, especially when using larger packages, and thus jeopardizes the usefulness of the frame is posed.
The present invention seeks to avoid these disadvantages. The bobbin frame, which bil det is the subject of the invention is characterized in that with two vertical rows of bobbins that follow each other in the vertical direction, the bobbins are arranged alternately in one of the bobbins, in the following bobbin, and the bobbins of these rows to one another ver is set, while the thread brakes in ana log offset depending on respectively. lie under the coil belonging to the zCi-. This gives a compact design and easy access.
possibility to the coils as well. to the thread brakes.
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the accompanying drawing. Fig. 1 shows the bobbin in side view, and Fig. 2 shows the same in Grundrih.
The stationary coils 1 are arranged in wag right rows on the horizontal strips 2 of the frame and their axes are perpendicular. In the case of two horizontal bobbins following each other in the vertical direction, the bobbins are alternately upright in one and suspended in the next. The coils of two consecutive horizontal rows are offset from one another by half the coil spacing of a row. The strips 2 also carry the thread brakes 3. These lie in the bobbins with an analogous offset, respectively, vertically below or below. above the associated coil.
From the thread brakes 3, the individual yarn threads are passed in a known manner forward to the thread collectors 4 and from there to the slip machine. Apart from the lowest and the uppermost row of bobbins, two rows of bobbins are each net angeord on a bar 2 and the thread brakes 3 sit with respect to the associated bobbins on the opposite bar 2 in such an arrangement that the threads running from them to the thread collectors 4 Do not cover the side of the coils so that access to the individual coils is free.
The alternating standing and hanging, staggered arrangement of the bobbins and the corresponding offset arrangement of the thread brake enables, as can be seen from the above description, a significant saving of space and allows easy access to the bobbins and the thread brakes, so that replenishment, just as the thread tying can be carried out unhindered. For the essence of the invention, it is irrelevant whether the coils differ from the vertical axis position by a little.
