Description

  

      Eieraufschlaggerät.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bil  det ein Gerät zum     Eieraufschlagen,    mit wel  chem bezweckt wird, das Eiweiss vom Eigelb  getrennt zu gewinnen, dann aber auch .zu ver  hindern,     dass    eventuell der Inhalt eines  schlechten Eies in den gesammelten Inhalt  der andern Eier gerät.  



  Beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt     den    Erfin  dungsgegenstand beispielsweise, und zwar  zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine     Seitenansicht    im     Schnitt,          Fig.    2 eine Ansicht des Gerätes von oben.  Das dargestellte Gerät besteht aus einem  Gefäss 1, auf welchem ein nach dem Gefäss  innern zu ausgehöhlter Deckel 2 schwingbar  in offenen Lagern 3 und 4 angeordnet ist.  Auf dem Deckel 2     befindet    sich eine Rippe  5, ausserdem hat derselbe einen Griff 6, der  zum Kippen des Deckels dient. 7 ist der  Handgriff des Gefässes.  



  Soll das Gerät benützt werden, so ordnet  man gewöhnlich neben demselben noch ein    Gefäss an zur Aufnahme der Eigelbe. Das  Gerät selbst dient zur Aufnahme der Ei  weiss. Die Eier werden auf der Rippe 5 auf  geschlagen. Hierbei hat man Gelegenheit zu  kontrollieren, ob das Ei frisch ist oder nicht:  im letzteren Falle kann der Inhalt des     Dek-          kels    für sich entfernt werden, so dass durch  das schlechte Ei die bereits geöffneten Eier  in dem Gefäss nicht verdorben     werden.    Im  Falle, dass das Ei in Ordnung ist, so kann  der Deckel anhand des Griffes 6 gedreht wer  den, um den Inhalt getrennt nach Eiweiss und  Eigelb in das Gerät     bezw.    das nebenan ste  hende Gefäss zu entleeren.
