Description

  

      Einrielitung   <B>in</B>     Verbrennungskraftmaschinen.       Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung  an     Verbrennungskraftmaschinen    und besteht  darin,     dass    in die Abgasleitung hinter einem  Abgaskühler eine     Russabsonderungskammer     eingeschaltet ist, aus der der     Russ    in eine       Abschwemmvorrichtung    gelangt, zum Zweck,  bei     unreinein    Auspuff ein     Entweich-en    von  glimmendem Russ aus der Abgasleitung zu  vermeiden.  



  Auf der Zeichnung sind drei Ausführungs  beispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes schema  tisch zur Darstellung gebracht.    Nach     Fig.   <B>1</B> mündet die Abgasleitung a  einer nicht gezeichneten     Verbrennungskraft-          maschine    in einen als     Heizröhrenkessel    aus  gebildeten Abgaskühler<B>b,</B> in welchem die  Wärme der Abgase zur Erzeugung von  Dampf verwertet wird. Mit dem Kühler ist  eine     Russabsonderungskammer   <B>c</B> zusammen  gebaut, in der die. Abgase einem scharfen  Richtungswechsel unterworfen werden und  dabei den Russ ausscheiden.

   Der abgeson  derte Russ fällt auf den spitzen Boden<B>d</B>  durch die ringförmige Öffnung e in eine  Kammer<B>f,</B> aus der er vermittelst einer         Flüss        igkeit   <B>d</B>     Lirch    die Leitung<B>g</B>     abgesch        wemmt     wird, während die     russfreien    Abgase durch  die Leitung h entweichen.  



  Bei dem in     Fig.    2 gezeigten Ausführungs  beispiel wird zur besseren     Abscheidung    des  Russes Dampf durch die Leitung i<B> </B> in die  Kammer     c    eingeführt. Ausserdem ist unter  dein Boden<B>d</B> ein Kühlraum<B>k</B> vorgesehen.  



  Der Boden kann auch gemäss     Fig.   <B>3</B> von  einer Flüssigkeit berieselt werden, die durch  eine zentrale Leitung<B>1</B> zugeführt wird.
