Description

lfalilsclieibeiipaar with flat seam surfaces. The invention relates to a pair of grinding disks with flat grinding surfaces, on which there are provided air conveyors running tangentially to an inner circle.

The essence of the invention is that each of the h (-id grinding disks between the air grooves has several corrugations that are arranged in concentric circles with respect to the inner circle and become finer in zones from the inside to the outside (# corrugations.

These corrugations are worked into the grinding disks in such a way that the first edge works on edge (#rr.

This design of the hollow disks prevents the flahlflä, chen from smearing because the grinding process takes place in stages. In addition, the power consumption for driving the grinding disk pair is opened. pressed down to a minimum, since the corrugations of the inner, first teeth are cut out somewhat sharper than the corrugations of the last, outer zone.

Due to the parallel position of the grinding surfaces to one another, as well as the stepped corrugation that works on the cutting edge, intensive grinding takes place from the outset: flour is so high that the last, relatively narrow zone only has to do little work .

The overall effect of the improvement achieved is that the pair of grinding disks designed in the manner described has a relatively low power consumption with the highest performance.

A grinding disk with corrugation formed according to the invention is shown on the drawing lying on the 1) "i.

Fig. 1 shows one of the two grinding disks with the new sharpness.

The air furrows a are arranged to run tangentially to an inner age. The corrugations b, which become finer from the inside outwards, run "parallel to the air furrows a ..

Fig. \? shows a section x-x, which reveals the corrugated shape.
