Notor vehicle equipped with nit ski. The present invention is; a motor vehicle equipped with skis. This has a housing arranged on the rear part of a ski, in which an endless caterpillar belt is guided on rollers and arranged in such a way that its lower part lies in one plane with the sliding surface of the ski. At least one of the rollers is driven by a motor angeord designated above the housing in that this roller is in positive motion connection with the crawler belt.
From the muffler of the engine, lines lead into the roller housing, by means of which the exhaust gases are transferred into the latter and these heat the rollers and the caterpillar belt to prevent ice formation.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in two exemplary embodiments in the accompanying drawing, namely: FIG. 1 shows a side view, partly in section, of the first embodiment, and FIG. 2 shows a plan view, with non-essential parts omitted for better understanding; Fig. 3 is the second embodiment in side view; 4 illustrates the plan for this.
The motor vehicle shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a ski 13. A housing 14 is mounted on the rear part of the ski 13. In the latter, rollers 1 to 5 are rotatably mounted one behind the other. The roller 1 has on its circumference protruding Zap fen 6. Middle of the rollers 1 to 5 is an endless caterpillar belt 7, which passes through a recess in the ski, such that its lower part is in one plane with the sliding surface 8 of the ski 13. Are across the caterpillar belt.
Ribs 9 are provided, which serve as anti-skid protection. Furthermore, the caterpillar belt 7 has slots 10 arranged one behind the other, in which the pins 6 of the roller 1 engage when the latter is rotated, in which way the crawler belt participates in the movements of the roller 1. The rollers 2, 3 and 4 only serve as support rollers and the roller 5 at the same time as a tensioning roller by means of the tensioning device 11. The caterpillar belt 7 moves in a longitudinal seat 12 of the ski 13.
DiP roller 1 is driven by a petrol engine 15 of any construction mounted above the housing 14. 16 be records the gasoline reservoir and 17 the housing of the gearbox. On the axis of the roll 1 sits now. fixed a chain wheel 18, the means of a chain 19 with a further chain wheel 20 of the change gear is in rotational connection. The chain wheels 18, 20 and the chain 19 are housed in a casing 21 '.
So that now, as a result of temperatures below ull degrees, ice formation on the rollers, on the caterpillar belt. is prevented. lead to the muffler 21 of the engine 15 on both sides lines 22 to the roller housing 14, each line junction point in the housing is dominated by a tap 23, by means of which the junction ge regulates or can be completely closed.
The hot exhaust gases flow from the muffler 21 through the lines 22 through the open taps 23 into the roller housing 14 and heat the rollers 1 to 5 and the caterpillar belt 7, as well as the housing itself. One of the lines 22 is advantageous at a point for Example at 24, interrupted, the line part 25 arranged in the exhaust pot 21 being provided so that it can swing out so that it can be moved out of the path of the line part 26 attached to the housing 1.1,
in which way the exhaust gases can flow directly into the open air. This can prevent the muffler and thus the engine from becoming too hot. The degree of heating can be determined by opening the taps 23 to a greater or lesser extent.
A brake is seen on the motor vehicle; this consists of at least one mandrel 27 that can be displaced in its longitudinal direction in the housing 14. Its pointed end faces the sliding surface 8. A lever 28 engages the mandrel 7, which is firmly seated on a cell 29 mounted in the tabs of the housing 14. A lever 30 acts on the latter, on the free end of which a pulling element 31 is attached. By pulling on the pulling member 31, the lever 30 is raised and thereby the shaft 29 rotates ge, thus the lever 28, the mandrel 27 downwards into the floor, respectively. Drifts into the snow, which creates the braking effect.
The motor vehicle is on track; Can be used for driving, with the help of a second, ordinary ski.
According to the first exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the motor vehicle is used, in that the driver stands with almost his entire body weight with one leg on the ski 13, namely in a clamping device 32 in front. known design for the foot. A lighter ordinary ski is attached to the driver's foot, which is not shown in the drawing.
On the side of the motoi-I operated ski is a Ha.lte- vorriehtung- 33 for a band of the driver attached to the engine. This consists of a bracket on which the armatures for controlling the engine are arranged, and the clutch lever 34 for the Z @ TecbselgetrieliE3. Likewise, the tension member 31 of the brake is attached to this bracket. The motor skier stands on two skis:
on the motor ski and on a lighter, well-known ski that is used as a support and steering ski. The Iurvennelimen is similar to normal skiing in that the support ski is adjusted to the motor ski.
The second example is used as a snowmobile, which the driver does not use standing, as in the first embodiment, but sitting. For this purpose, a pillion seat 3 5 is arranged above the engine or above its petrol reservoir. Furthermore, a steering ski 36 is provided in front of the motor vehicle 13, which is dominated by a Lenkstanae .37. is which handlebar seat 35 is arranged in front of the pillion.
The steering rod 37 is rotatably mounted in a bearing 38 which is all supported on the motor and on the gelatin. lircht. and to the left of the motor vehicle two skis 39 (FIG. 1) serving as support runners are seen. They are connected to the motorized vehicle 13 by holders 40 in such a way that they can be adjusted in height and also fixed, but not laterally adjusted.
This is achieved by means of four-bar rods 41 articulated to the support skis 39, which can be displaced in their longitudinal direction in the holders 40 and adjustable in the latter by means of clamping screws 42 of the holders. The holders 40 are fastened to the bearing bracket 43 by a cross member. These support skis 39 serve not only as sled runners, but also as footrests on which the feet of the driver sitting on the pillion are at 44, with the handlebars 37 and the organs for operating the motor being directed with the free hands .
Depending on the conditions in the snow and depending on the speed of travel, the support skis can be raised or lowered to prevent the motor vehicle from tipping over.
