Description

  

  Deckel für     gochgefässe.       Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen  Deckel für Kochgefässe, welcher, als Zwi  schendeckel verwendet,     denn    Zweck hat, bei  mehreren aufeinander gestellten Kochgefässen  mit Doppelwandung die Heiz-     bezw.    Abgase  der untern Kochgefässe derart zu leiten, dass  der Inhalt sämtlicher Kochgefässe schnell  stens zum Kochen gebracht werden kann. Der  Deckel ermöglicht durch seine Form eine  grosse Wärmeausnutzung.  



  In der Zeichnung ist eine     beispielsweise     Ausführungsform eines Deckels nach der Er  findung, sowie seine Anwendungsart darge  stellt, und zwar     zeigt:          Fig.    1 zwei mit dem Deckel versehene  aufeinander gestellte Kochgefässe,       Fig.    2 einen Teil des Deckels, und       Tig.    3 die Auflage des Deckels auf einem  Kochgefäss.  



  Der Deckel 1 ist mit einem Rand 2 ver  sehen, welcher den obern Rand des doppel  wandigen Gefässes 3 übergreift, und nach  oben in einen konischen Ansatz 4 endet, wel  cher die innere Wand des darüber befind  lichen Kochgefässes am untern Ende derart  umgreift, dass ein freier ringförmiger Raum    5 zwischen der genannten Wand und dem  Ansatz verbleibt. Der Deckelrand 2 hat Öff  nungen 6, durch welche die Heizgase, die  zwischen den beiden Wandengen der Koch  gefässe aufsteigen, in den     konischen    Ansatz 4  geleitet werden. Der obere Rand der äussern  Wand der doppelwandigen Kochgefässe ist  mit Öffnungen versehen, durch die die Heiz  gase hindurchgehen.  



  Durch den Ringspalt 5 werden die auf  steigenden Heizgase dicht an die innere Wand  des doppelwandigen Kochgefässes herange  führt; .wodurch eine gute Ausnutzung der  Wärme der Heizgase gewährleistet ist. Die  ser Vorteil macht sich besonders geltend,  wenn der Deckel bei doppelwandigen Koch  gefässen verwendet wird, bei denen die innere  Gefässwand nach unten konisch zuläuft, in  dem dann die von unten aufsteigenden Heiz  gase sich besonders gut an die genannte Ge  fässwand anschmiegen.
