Counter unit for single counters. The subject of the present invention is a counter device for calibration counters, which can be used equally advantageously for both short-term and long-term calibration and, according to the invention, includes a rev counter, that is, a counter and a kilowatt-hour counter suitable for short-term measurements, that is, a counter suitable for long-term measurements is assembled in such a way that
that both readings can be taken on the same dial.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, with only the calibration counter showing what is necessary to understand the invention.
Fig. 1 is a plan view of the scale disk, Fig. 2 is a view from the right of FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 is a view from below against FIG. Fig. 4 shows a schematic representation from the front see GE.
1 and 2 are boards that are connected to each other by studs 3. A graduated disk 4 is attached to the board 1, on which a large circular scale 5 and a small circular scale 6 are provided. A pointer 7, which is connected by a gear 8, 9 to a pointer 10 moving over the scale 6, moves above the scale 5, the translation in the gear 8, 9 being such that with one revolution of the pointer 7 the Pointer 10 makes the tenth part of a revolution. The wheel 9 of the gear 8, 9 is coupled to the axis of the pointer 10 by a friction spring 11. A gear 12, a disk 13 and a heart 14 sit on the axis of the pointer 7.
On the axis of the pointer 10 there is also a heart 15, which both hearts move the pointer 7, 10 into the zero position in the usual way under the action of a spring-influenced fork lever 16 (by means of its surfaces 16 ') when the fork lever 16 passes moving against the action of the spring influencing it.
17 is a pivot shaft driven by the counter axis 18, which by means of a crown wheel 19 and an interchangeable transmission 20 drives a shaft 21 which in turn sets a roller counter 23 in motion by means of a gear 22. The customary in meter construction over translation 20 is used to adjust the speed of the counter to the respective conditions. The number rolls of the counter 23 left can be observed through openings 24 in the dial 4.
The pivot shaft 17 carries a gear 25 and is mounted with the pivotable end in an arm 26 of an angle lever 26, 27, 27 '. The angle lever 26, 27, 27 'is seated on an axle 28 mounted between the plates 1, 2 and is under the influence of a spring 26' which holds the Arin 27 against the support arm 29 of a relay armature 32 '. The arm 27 'interacts with an adjustable stop 30 and thus enables the depth of engagement of the gearwheels 12 and 25 which interact with one another to be regulated.
The support arm 29 sits on an axle 31 mounted between the plates 1 and 2 and is under the influence of a spring 33 'which, overcoming the spring 26' influencing the angle love 26, 27, 27 ', removes the relay armature 32' from the coil 32 of the relay seeks to pull off. 33 is a stop that fixes the position of the relay armature when the relay is energized.
When the meter, which is set up from the described parts and represents a calibration meter, is connected to a meter to be calibrated, the axis 18 of this calibration meter drives the counter 23 via parts 19, 20, 21, 22 so that the consumption is read in kilowatt hours can be.
The number of revolutions of the counter to be calibrated can be compared with your calibration counter that at the given moment, for example, when the lylarke on the rotatable system of the counter to be calibrated is in a certain position, the relay 32 is excited. As a result, the pivot shaft 17 is moved with the gear 25 against the gear 12 so that these two gears come into engagement with each other and the Zei ger 7 and 10 rotate.
After a certain number of revolutions has been observed on the counter to be calibrated, the relay 32 is switched off, whereupon the number of revolutions made by the calibration counter during the observation time of the counter to be calibrated can be read on the scales 5, 6.
In order to bring the pointers 7, 10 back into their zero position, it is only necessary to temporarily actuate the fork lever 16, i.e. to press its surfaces 16 'against the hearts 14, 15, with the arm 27 on the disk 13 brakes and thereby secures the pointer in the zero position.
The combination of a kilowatt-hour counter with a rev counter on a dial provides a good overview and enables an advantageous reading for both short-term and long-term calibration.
