Description

  

  Signalvorrichtung an einem Automobil.    Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfin  dung bildet eine Signalvorrichtung an einem  Automobil, wobei sowohl vorn, neben der  Windschutzscheibe, als auch hinten, am  Automobil über der Polizeinummer, ein An  zeigeapparat angebracht ist, welcher aus  einem Kasten besteht, der in verschiedene Ab  teilungen geteilt ist und in welchen sich Lam  pen befinden, die durch Kontakte betätigt  aufleuchten, wodurch auf den Vorderseiten  der Kasten, welche mit Schrift- und Matt  scheiben versehen sind, Signalzeichen er  scheinen.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist beispielsweise eine  Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstan  des zur Darstellung gebracht, und zwar zeigt:  Fig. 1 ein Schaltungsschema,  Fig. 2 den Anzeigeapparat in Vorderan  sicht mit abgedeckter Schrift und Matt  scheibe,  Fig: 3 eine Schriftscheibe,  Fig. 4 den Anzeigeapparat im Schnitt  nach der Linie A-B der Fig. 2, und  Fig. 5 eine Kontaktanordnung am Steuer  rad.    Aus der Beleuchtungsbatterie 1 (Fig. 1)  fliesst ein Strom in der Richtung des Pfeils  und kann durch einen der Kontakte 2 ge  schlossenwerden, wodurch ein Lampensystem  3 und 4, welches sich je in einem Anzeige  apparat 8 befindet, aufleuchtet und ausserdem  eine Hupe 5 betätigt wird, die ebenfalls in  dieses Leitungsnetz geschaltet ist.

   Die Kon  takte 2 (Fig. 5) bestehen aus Druckknöpfen,  die mit einer Aufschrift versehen, auf einen  halbkreisförmigen Schaltrahmen 6 montiert  sind, während der Schaltrahmen 6 auf einer  Speiche des Steuerrades 7 befestigt ist. Der  Anzeigeapparat 8 (Fig. 2, 3 und 4) besteht  aus einem Aluminiumkasten, welcher eine  Längswand 9 und Querwände 10 aufweist,  wodurch verschiedene Abteilungen entstehen,  wovon jede mit zwei Lampen 11 beleuchtet  wird. Die Rückseite 12 des Kastens ist un  durchsichtig, während die Vorderwand aus  einer Schriftscheibe 13 und einer Mattscheibe  14 besteht.

   Die Schriftscheibe 13 ist mit den  einzelnen Aufschriften, wie ,,Vorwärts",  ,,Rückwärts", ,,Links", ,,Rechts" und ,,Halt",  die passend auf die einzelnen Abteilungen des  Kastens angebracht sind, versehen, so dass      bei entsprechender Kontaktgebung am Steuer  rad diese Abteilungen erleuchtet werden kön  nen, wodurch die Fahrtrichtung des Auto  mobils oder dessen Anhalten ersichtlich wird.  Ein solcher Anzeigeapparat wird angebracht,  vorn am Automobil, neben der Windschutz  scheibe und hinten am Automobil über der  Polizeinummer. Die Schriftscheiben sind  ausserdem auswechselbar und können deshalb  in beliebiger Landessprache ersetzt werden.

A current flows from the lighting battery 1 (Fig. 1) in the direction of the arrow and can be closed by one of the contacts 2, whereby a lamp system 3 and 4, which is each located in a display device 8, lights up and also a horn 5 is operated, which is also connected to this line network.

   The con tacts 2 (Fig. 5) consist of push buttons, which are provided with a label, are mounted on a semicircular switch frame 6, while the switch frame 6 is attached to a spoke of the steering wheel 7. The display apparatus 8 (FIGS. 2, 3 and 4) consists of an aluminum box, which has a longitudinal wall 9 and transverse walls 10, whereby different compartments are created, each of which is illuminated with two lamps 11. The back 12 of the box is un transparent, while the front wall consists of a writing disk 13 and a ground glass 14.

   The writing disk 13 is provided with the individual inscriptions, such as "Forward", "Backward", "Left", "Right" and "Halt", which are appropriately attached to the individual compartments of the box, so that With the appropriate contact at the steering wheel, these departments can be illuminated, whereby the direction of travel of the car or its stopping can be seen. Such a display device is attached to the front of the car, next to the windshield and on the back of the car above the police number also interchangeable and can therefore be replaced in any national language.
