In der Vorrichtung, welche Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet, werden die verschiedenen Gasströme -- das verhältnis mässige warme Druckgas und das durch Dros selung stark abgekühlte Gas - derart ge führt, dass sie durch Wandungen gegenseitig Wärme abgeben und aufnehmen, so dass das abgekühlte Gas von dem Druckgas erwärmt wird und daher ein Verzerren der mit diesem Gras in Berührung kommenden metallischen Teile des Ausflussmundstückes oder ein Ein frieren der darin enthaltenen Feuchtigkeit vermieden und zugleich das wärmere Druck- gas abgekühlt wird;
Device to prevent freezing BEZW. Distortion of the pouring mouthpiece when gas flows under pressure from bottles. . The present invention is a device for preventing the freezing BEZW. Distortion of the outlet mouthpiece when gas flows out under pressure, which is caused by the fact that the gas is cooled down so much by the throttling that the moisture it contains solidifies and blocks the opening,
respectively that through the unequal contraction of the different parts, they are shifted or distorted against each other and therefore block each other.
In the device, which forms the subject of the present invention, the various gas streams - the relatively moderate warm compressed gas and the gas strongly cooled by throttling - such ge leads that they give each other heat through walls and absorb, so that the cooled gas from the pressurized gas is heated and therefore a distortion of the metallic parts of the discharge mouthpiece that come into contact with this grass or a freezing of the moisture contained therein is avoided and at the same time the warmer pressurized gas is cooled;
so that the moisture contained therein is for the most part deposited before the throttling, but in such a way that the flow openings cannot become blocked.
The accompanying schematic drawing represents an example of an embodiment of such a device. In this drawing: a the inlet openings for the compressed gas, b an annular opening for the compressed gas, c a tubular part that determines the direction of the flow of the compressed gas, d a tubular piece in which, for example, a hard rubber stopper e and a nozzle f are, through which both the compressed gas is throttled to the working pressure. The operation of the device is readily apparent.
The heat exchange takes place through the wall of the pipe piece d. The precipitations take place either on the pipe piece d or c, respectively. conditions on the walls on which the compressed gas strikes. The device can be constructed so that a part contains the pipe section c and a part contains the pipe section d, and then the two parts are screwed together, as shown in the schematic drawing.
