Leisten Schuhwerk.
Last footwear. The footwear made over the usual last shows the disadvantage; that it often transgresses to the outside, in that the foot strives to move beyond the sole edge. Since the foot is held back by the stiff heel cap, this trespassing is evidence of incorrect last shape. In the worn shoe, the center line of the sole of the foot generally no longer coincides with the center line of the sole of the last. This results in uneven wear of the shoe sole and also of the heel.
Attempts have been made to eliminate this phenomenon by designing the last in a particular way, so that the center line of the last on the rear part forms an angle with the center line of the front part. In the known devices, however, the intersection of the two center lines was incorrect, namely too far forward in the ball area.
The present invention is based on the knowledge that the intersection of the center line of the rear groin part with the center line of the front groin part must be approximately 1/3 of the length of the groin, calculated from the heel. In addition, it is necessary to choose a different cross-section on the rear part of the strip than is usual, in such a way that the wood mass is evenly distributed on both sides of the center line.
Based on FIGS. 1 and 2 of the accompanying drawings, an attempt should be made to give a theoretical basis for the choice of this intersection.
The remaining figures concern Ausfüh approximately example of the last.
Fig. 3 shows a cross section through the rear strip part, approximately along the line a-a of FIG. 4, the usual shape of the strips being drawn in full with dotted lines and the changed shape of the strips; Fig. 4 shows the basic shape of the last sole, and Fig. 5 shows a ge over this basic shape built strips.
The previous theory regards the foot frame as a vault. which rests on the heel and on falling on the ground, whereby it is assumed that the foot rolls along a line that connects roughly the middle of the big toe with the middle of the heel. This Meyer'sche walking line has become the basis of the theoretical push construction. In fact, however, the function of the foot structure is not that simple; rather, there are lever-like effects.
One of these levers is in Fig. 1, the other in Fig. indicated.
The shin is based on the ankle 1, on the right side in Fig. 1. The talus is now supported on the one hand against the ship's bone 2, the three cuneiform bones 3 and the three metatarsal bones 4 of the inward. lying foot half. The three toes are lined up next to the metatarsal bones, but their bones have little effect on the absorption of body weight. The three cuneiform bones 3 and the three half-sized bones 4 form a transverse arch, and this is now supported by the second lever (Fig. 2).
This second lever, which forms a longitudinal arch, consists of the heel bone 5, your cuboid bone 6 and the two outer metatarsal bones 7, to which the toes are again connected. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the talus 1 now rests on the heel bone. The back of the heel rests on the sole and supports the talus. In this way, the outer lever (Fig. 2) prevents the curved, inner lever (Fig. 1) from buckling.
To enable this support, the outer lever must be pressed against the inner one and touch the ground as straight as possible. The design of the shoe on the butt part has to be in order to give the correct support. correspond to the position of the heel bone. This means that the rear part of the groin must be inclined towards the front, e.g. B. 10, with the vertex of the angle above the talus. The slope must be directed outwards. This results in the in l. @ Ig. 4 the basic shape of the last sole.
The center line 9 of the sole 8 won by halving the transverse lines is cut at point ara from the center line of the heel part, the ii-center line 10 of the rear last part with the extension of the line 9 enclosing an angle of about 10 ".
There is then a bulge 11 on the inside of the shoe and a recess 12 on the inside of the shoe, which must remain visible when the last is worked out. (Fig. 5 shows the bar 13 built over this basic shape) Here, too, you know the center line 9, which includes an angle of 10 along the center line 10 of the rear part. Both midlines intersect at your point in above the ankle. This point in is approximately two thirds of the entire length of the groin near the rear.
The cross-section of the last is also senile differently than has been customary up to now. Up to now, the cross-section, as shown in dotted lines in FIG. 3, was convex on the inside and concave on the outside, so that the larger amount of wood lies on the inside of the center line 10. In order to achieve a foot-like position of the heel, in the last shown the wood is evenly distributed approximately on both sides of the center line, as shown in FIG. 3 with full lines.
On the inside there is also a cavity, on the outside there is a bulge, the other way around, as is the rule with the usual shape of the last.
