Drive device on beating machines especially intended for confectionery purposes. The drive of the beater shafts of beating machines, especially intended for confectionery purposes, has so far always been carried out by means of angular gears and belt operation, which required the presence of a transmission system or an intermediate gear, whereby one was always tied to a certain place and by the presence of Drive belts often embarrassed and exposed to repairs.
The present invention eliminates all of these drawbacks by the new Antriebvorrich device is arranged on a gearbox and part of the Schlagarmantriebswelle on receiving box of the machine, whereby R.ieinenantrieb is avoided, so class the machine with significant space savings everywhere without transmission or countershaft Exclusion of any belt risk and repair can be set up.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the subject invention is shown in a vertical section. At the upper end of the hanger stand 1 of a beater for confectionery purposes is a housing box 2, in which two perpendicular shafts 3 and 4 are mounted and a vertical axis 5 is fixedly arranged in the center plane going through the latter. On the upper end of the shaft 3 there is a bell-shaped gear 6, under this a double gear 7, 8 and at the lower end a small gear 9. The gear wheel 6 has the largest, the gear wheel 9 the smallest diameter.
With the gear 6 meshes with a loosely rotatable gear 10 on the shaft 4, which carries a gear 11 on its remote hub. The latter is in engagement with a gear 12 which is stuck on the conaxially to the shaft 3 from above in the housing 2 and in the gear 6 protruding shaft 13 of an electric motor 14 fastened on the housing 2 th. To support the upper end of the shaft 3, a ball bearing 15 is in the interior of the gear 6, the inner ring of which is firmly seated on the hub of the gear 12. As a result of this storage, a special bearing for the upper end of the shaft 3 on the housing 2 and therefore also a considerable amount of space can be saved.
The lower end of the gear 10 and the upper end of an axially displaceable on the \ shaft 4 guided, with three gear rims 16, 17, 18 provided gear (gear set) 19 are equipped with claws 20 that are in the upper end position of the gear 19 are engaged with each other. so that the latter is coupled directly to the gear 10 and receives its rotational movement from this. On the axis 5, a driving fork 21 is longitudinally displaceable, which engages in an annular groove 22 of the hub of the gear 19 and is used to adjust the latter in the various working positions.
The driver fork 21 has a hub 23 equipped on its circumference with helically ver running grooves or annular grooves, with the grooves of which a pinion gear 24 engages. The pinion 24 is seated on a head led out of the housing 2, which carries a hand crank? 5 indicated in the drawing by dashed lines. By turning the latter, the driver fork 21 is displaced and thus also the gear 19.
Depending on the position of the latter, it is either coupled to the toothed wheel 10 or through its toothed wreath 16 with the gear 7, or through the toothed ring 17 with. the gear 8, _ or through the ring gear 18 with the gear 9 in engagement or disengaged in one of the intermediate stel lungs. As a result of the different Durelimesserverbinduisse the gears, the speed of rotation of the shaft .1 is different, which carries at its lower end the drive plate 26 for the impact arm 27 is only partially provided.
In the described and illustrated embodiment of the drive device, the gear parts are completely encapsulated in a dust-tight manner, including at the point where the part used to actuate the actuator (21) penetrates the housing wall.
