Punktierwinkel.
I>e, f</I> ver sehen.
Puncturing angle. The subject of the present invention is a drawing square (Equerre), which serves on the one hand to draw interrupted, i.e. dotted and dash-dotted lines in an extremely simple manner, and on the other hand to draw the flange inclinations of r and I-irons in the correct inclination (slope) to be able to record and at the same time can be used as a curve ruler. Otherwise, the puncture angle can be handled like an ordinary drawing angle and used for the same purposes.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. As can be seen from FIG. I, the puncturing angle made of transparent material (for example celluloid) is seen with at least three indentations (grooves) d, e, f, running parallel to the edge a.
In these three grooves there are the openings di, <I> ei, </I> fi, which correspond to the desired line lengths, namely the perforation di is used to draw dotted lines, ei for dash-dotted lines and fi also for dotted lines, but with slightly smaller openings for drawing dotted auxiliary lines. The slots h,
which have an incline of 8%, based on the edge L, are used to draw C iron flanges, while the slots g have an incline of 14% and are intended for I iron flanges.
Of course, with these inclinations of 8% and 14%, conical hubs, eyes etc. can also be drawn. Another device is used to draw curves, for which the curved slots i, k are provided.
The puncture angle can be used for both lead and ink drawings, the line width being dependent on the drawing pen or pencil. The handling can be seen from Fig. 1I, namely this figure shows a section through the perforation ei. If the drawing pen, or the lead pen, is now guided in this groove e along, exactly as if an extended one, that is a line would be drawn without interruptions, @aL must be created automatically as a result of the perforation, in this case a dashed and dotted line.
FIG. III shows the position of the puncturing angle for drawing horizontal, dotted and dash-dotted lines.
Fig. IV and V show the situation with oblique lines.
The main advantage of the puncturing angle lies in its versatility and ease of use. A significant time saving is that you can use the puncturing angle, which you always have to hand when drawing, for every operation without regulation, adjustment, etc., not even a drawing pen or pencil needs to be changed or replaced.
For the rational production of the point angle, two methods can be considered, namely: 1. Production from a single piece.
\ ?. The production from two pieces placed on top of each other, i.e. from a transparent angle plate of about <B> 1.5 </B> rnnr thickness, which has slots, the wrong angles the grooves <I> d, e, f '</ I> and the slots, g, <I> h, i, </I> k (Fig. I), and from a strip, also made of transparent material of about 0.3 mm thickness, which the perforations dm, er and fr owns.
The latter koterns lie under the corresponding slots in the angle plate zic.
