Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Küpenfarbstoffes.       Es     wurde    gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Küpenfarbstoff    erhält, wenn 'man     Schwefel-          chlorür    auf     2,55-Dianilido-6-chlorbenzochinon     bei niedrigen Temperaturen einwirken lässt.  Die Reaktion wird zweckmässig irr Gegen  wart von Verdünnungsmitteln, wie     Nitroben-,          zol,    gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart von säure  bindenden Mitteln, durchgeführt.

   Der neue  Farbstoff bildet ein bräunlich gelbes,     kristal-          linisches    Pulver, das sich in     konzentrierter     Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe löst und  Wolle aus der     Hydrosulfitküpe    in echten gelb  braunen Nuancen färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  8 Teile     2,5-Diarrilido-6-chlorberrzochinon,     suspendiert in 160 Teilen Nitrobenzol. wer  den bei 2-6   unter gutem Rühren mit 10,1    Teilen     Schwefelchlorür        (S2C1s)    versetzt. Nach  längerem Rühren wird filtriert, gewaschen  und getrocknet.

Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein bräunlich gelbes, kristallinisches Pulver, - das sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit vio letter Farbe löst und olle aus der Hydro- sulfitküpe in echten gelbbraunen Nuancen färbt.
