Closure for injection bags and other hollow vessels. The invention relates to a closure for wash bottles and other hollow vessels with a closure lid rotatably arranged on a closure cap and with two flow openings in each of the two off-center, which are brought into congruence, release the flow, but otherwise shut off.
In the previously known Ver connections of this type, a bender up device body has been used between the cap and lid. However, this makes the closure expensive and does not guarantee that it will be perfectly sealed. In contrast, in the present invention, the sealing of the flow opening of the cap is effected by a spring-reducing plate pressed out of the cover, which is connected to the cover only by two webs located diametrically with respect to the plate.
This makes the whole closure in the manufacture and assembly easier and cheaper and the seal achieved is sufficient.
An example embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. They show: Fig. 1 and yes the cap: the closure ses, and Fig. 2 and 2a, respectively, the associated cover in section. Top view; Fig. 3 shows both parts assembled.
The cap A, which is fastened to the bottle neck, has an annular bead d at the top, via which the lid B is fastened rotatably by pulling it in with its edge. A throughflow opening a is made in the cap A and a throughflow opening b is made in the cover B;
The rotation of the two parts relative to one another is limited by a stop f seated on the cover, which engages in an annular groove g, lz arranged in the cap A. In one end position, the flow openings a and b are one above the other. The direction of the one flow opening a is achieved by a resilient plate c pressed out of the cover B.
The self-resilience of this plate is achieved in that when it is pressed out, it is separated from the cover B on part of its circumference at the same time, so that it is only connected to it by two webs i. remains connected. These webs are arranged so that they are perpendicular to the symmetry line of the cover (Fig. 2a).
The plate c therefore covers the flow hole a exactly centrically in the other end position of the stop f and is pressed tightly, supported by the resilient pressure of the bottom B, which is slightly bent when the cover is applied, whereby a good seal is achieved. Here, the sealing pressure is only produced at the point; where it is really needed. In addition, the pressure created between cap A and cover B is sufficient to secure the cover against unintentional twisting. without making it difficult to rotate.
