(Fig. 1).

Device for feeding and removing the records to and from the turntable -: a speaking machine. The device forming the subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the accompanying drawing, namely: Fig. 1 shows a plan view of the engine, Fig. 2 details, partly in section and on a smaller scale, Fig. 3 shows a schematic plan view of the whole Talking machine.
The speaking machine has a drive mechanism (electric motor, spring motor, etc.) which drives a shaft 2 by means of a cord roller 1. The latter drives by means of a pinion 3 an adjustable regulator 4, which keeps the number of revolutions of the drive within the appropriate limits. A gearwheel 5 fastened on the shaft 2 drives a gearwheel 7 (FIG. 2) which is fastened below a cord pulley 6 on a shaft 25 and which is rigidly connected to a gearwheel 8. The gearwheel 8 drives a shaft 10 by means of a gearwheel 9 attached bevel gear 11.
In Ge alternate of the machine a rod 12 is slidably arranged ver, which is hinged to a pivot 14 pivotable lever 13. Will the rod 12 in the sense. of the arrow (Fig .: 1 :): moved, the lever 13 is rotated around the pin 14. A pull rod 15 linked to the lever 13 is pulled to the left. (Fig. 1). The rod 15 moves a shaft 17 through a fork 16, on the front side of which a bevel gear 18 is mounted.
The: bevel gears 11 and 18 come through it. engaged. The rotations of the shaft 10: are now carried out by the bevel gears 11, 1 8 u-nc1 and thus by intermediate gear wheels 19,. 20 is transferred to a cam 2: 1 - which, together with the gear wheel 20, is firmly seated on a shaft 22. The cam 21 actuates a lever 23 which is hinged to the machine frame at one end and by means of a roller 24 at the other end disc 21 rests on the curves. The lever 23 supports the.
vertical shaft 25i he can lift this upwards (Fig. 2) until a slide 26: the action of a tension spring 27 snaps into a groove 28 (Fig. 2) of the shaft 25, in which case the latter in its highest position is held. At the upper end of the shaft 25 # is the turntable 29, which has a conical tip 30 in the middle. This grips the record 31 brought over the turntable 29 'by the record feed plate 57 in the manner explained later in the hole in the record 31 so that it now rests centrally.
The record 31 is carried by the raised turntable 29 and pressed against the needle of the sound box 32 so that the record can now be played.
When playing, the sound arm 33 is moved more and more towards the center of the disc through the grooves of the record 31 (FIG. 3) until the sound box needle finally runs through the groove 34 to a circular groove 35 during the last revolutions. Due to the movement of the sound arm 33, a link 36 connected to it (FIG. 1) is moved in the clockwise direction. The sliding block 37 is connected to a lever 38 which is rotatably mounted on a pin 39 bar. The sliding block 37 and thus the lever 38 is swung out to the right, a rail 40 attached to the lever 38 being taken along. At its front end, the rail 40 rotatably carries an angle lever with the two arms 42 and 43.
When the rail 40 is advanced, the lever arm 43 moves into the path of a pin 44. which sits on the continuously rotating gear 9. The link 36 now holds the lever 38 with the rail 40 and the pivot pin 41 so that the movement of the stop pin 44 of the lever arm 43 is pushed out of the path of this pin. The angle lever rotates around pin 41 and, by means of lever arm 42 and by means of a bolt 45, pushes slide 26 to the right against the action of spring 27 (FIG. 1). The slide emerges from the groove 28, the shaft 25 comes into an enlargement of the slot in the slide 26 (through which the shaft 25 protrudes), and the shaft 25 with the turntable 29 can fall down.
Before this takes place, the played record 31 has been captured by brackets 69 (FIG. 3), the mode of operation of which is explained below.
When the shaft 25 is lowered. a bottom attached to the turntable 29 to stop 46 (Fig. 2) with a pin 47 attached to the cord roller 6, so that the loosely seated on the shaft 25 Scbnurrolle 6 men together with the shaft 25 is rotated as long as the shaft 25 BEZW . the plate 29 remains ge lowers. The cord 48 drives a second cord roller 49 and thus a set of gears 50. This has two gears 52, 53 on its last shaft 51.
The gear 53 meshes with a large gear 54, while the gear 52 rotates the disk 56 via the gear 55 and a gear not visible in the drawing: the diameters of the gears are chosen so that the number of revolutions of gear 54 and disk 56 behave as 1: 6.
With the gear 54 of the plate feed plate 57 is directly coupled, while with the disc 56, the gate 36 is coupled by the pawl 58 ge, which by means of spring in a handle with a notch of the gate 36 is held and the gate when rotating the disc 56 is opposite - Takes the clock hand with it and thus also the sound arm 33 rigidly connected to the Ku lisse, the sound box of which is thereby placed from the disk means outwards on the edge of the record. In the path of the pawl 58 protrudes a trigger 59, which is attached to the frame and with which the connection between disk 56 and link 36 can be released by adjusting the pawl 58, so that the sound is poor with the sound box back to the record means can be moved when the game starts again.
While the disk 56 rotates once, the disk feed plate 57 has been rotated by 1 / e of its order. A new disk has thus been brought over the turntable 29. With the plate feed plate 57, a disc 61 provided with notches 60 has now been rotated at the same time, which during. the rotation by a bolt 62 attached to it moves a locking lever 63 so that it releases the hook 64, so that the latter by the pressure of a spring (the latter in the drawing not shown) -in: -de opposite it-a Notch 60 can snap into place.
The lever 13 rigidly connected with Ha ken 64 via the shaft 14 swings out and thereby brings the bevel gears 11 and 18 out of control through transmission with the linkage 15. Through the bevel gears 11 and 18, as already be written, only the shaft 17 is put into operation and thus the gears 19 and 20, ultimately the cam .21 too. the stated purpose.
To bring the locking hook 64 into engagement, the rod 12 is in turn fixed in the direction of the arrow. 1 be moved, the pawl 63 snaps under a nose of the locking hook and thus holds it out of engagement with 60.- If the shaft 25 is raised in the manner already described, the stop 46 loses the guide with the driver 47, and the Gear replacement 50 stops.
The return caused by the spring 27 of the slide 26 when the shaft 25 is raised .veranlasst due to its coupling 65 with the angle lever 66, rotatable about pin 67, that the nose 68 engages in a second notch 60 of the plate 61. The plate feed plate 57, which has stopped ge by switching off the pinion 50, is now secured by the upper A notch 60 against rotation. The played disk is taken after playing from the brackets 69 - and rotates away with the disk feed plate 57 while the turntable 29 is in the lowered position. When the part 57 is rotated, the operations described below are carried out.
Stop bolts 74 (Fix. 3) are screwed onto the engine housing. When the plate feed plate 57 is rotated, which therefore only begins to rotate when the parts 46, 47 (fix. 2) have come into engagement with one another, i. H. only after the turntable 29 has fallen down, at the end of the rotation, the levers 73 attached to it come against the bolts 74, which adjust the levers 73. - At the front end of each lever 73 there is a pin 72 _Qorgeseh'en, " the i- '. engages a groove of an axis 70 .
When the lever 73 swings out, it adjusts the axle 70 by means of the pin 72, which axially displaceably and rotatably rests in bearings 71 of the speaking machine housing, and the plate carumer 69 attached to the front end of the axle 70 is withdrawn, so. that the disk 3.1 brought by the disk feed plate 57 via the turntable 29 becomes free and comes to rest on the turntable 29.
Since the plate feed plate 57 is now stationary, the levers @ 73 remain pressed against the bolts 74 and the clamps 69 are retained. The record has thus become free of the clamps 69 so that nothing prevents the new record from turning and it can also be played. After Be end of the game, so when the plate feed plate 57 begins to rotate again to bring a new record 31 over the plate 29, the bolts 74 release the lever 73, and the plate is taken by the brackets and men .
The inevitable forward movement of the waves 70 respectively. the plate chambers 69 attached to it is reached by the spring balancer 75. As already mentioned, the plate clamps 69 respectively. the Wel len 70 in the bearings 71 also rotatable. As indicated in Fig. 3, each at the inner end of the inner shafts 70 each have a toothed wheel 76 which engages when the plate feed plate 57 is rotated with a toothed rod 77 attached to the engine housing (Fix. 1).
The rack 77 has half as many teeth as the toothed wheel 76, which is why the toothed wheel 76 is rotated by half of its circumference and the sound disc, which is located in an opening in the disc feed plate, is turned by 180.
If now, as previously described, the turned plate 31 over the. When plate 29 is reached, the other side than before is facing the peeling can pin. It will be the other side of the disk 31 can be played.
