Description

  

  Saugpumpe.    Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist eine Saugpumpe, vornehmlich bestimmt  zum mühelosen Absaugen der Luft aus     Sterili-          sierapparaten    oder Konservierungsgefässen je  der Art.  



  Ein     Ausführungsbeispiel    des Erfindungs  gegenstandes veranschaulicht in schematischer  Darstellung die beiliegende Zeichnung. Das  Pumpengehäuse, gebildet durch den Rohr  mantel 1, besitzt einerseits eine Stopfbüchse 2,  2a, während es anderseits durch den     Griff    3  geschlossen ist. In dem Gehäuse beweglich,  jedoch durch die Stopfbüchse 2,'2a abge  dichtet, sitzt die hohle Kolbenstange 5, ver  sehen mit dem Kolbenleder 6, welches durch  die Scheiben 7 und 8 verstärkt ist.  



  Das aus dem Gehäuse ragende Ende der  Kolbenstange ist in die Saughaube 10 ein  geschraubt. Diese ist mit einem     Dichtungs-          gummiring    11 verbunden.  



  Die Saugwirkung der Pumpe entsteht,  wenn man das Gehäuse 1 über die Kolben  stange 5 nach unten schiebt.  



  Hierbei entsteht zwischen dem Kolben 6  und dem untern Ende des Rohrmantels 1 ein  Unterdruck, welcher vermittelst der     Öffnung    9  durch die hohle Kolbenstange 5 hindurch sich  in das Innere der Saughaube 10 fortsetzt und    von dieser durch das Ventil 12 hindurch sich  dem Sterilisationsgefäss 13 mitteilt.  



  Beim Niederdrücken des Gehäuses 7 ent  weicht die zwischen dem     Kolben    6 und dem       Griff    3     zusammengepresste    Luft durch die  Öffnung 4, durch welche auch wieder die  Aussenluft auf der Unterseite des Kolbens  eintritt, sobald der Kolben über sie hinaus  gelangt, und alsdann das entstandene Vakuum  aufhebt, was sich durch einen zischenden  Laut kundgibt.

  This creates a vacuum between the piston 6 and the lower end of the pipe jacket 1, which by means of the opening 9 through the hollow piston rod 5 continues into the interior of the suction hood 10 and communicates from this through the valve 12 to the sterilization vessel 13.



  When the housing 7 is pressed down, the air compressed between the piston 6 and the handle 3 escapes through the opening 4, through which the outside air also re-enters the underside of the piston as soon as the piston passes over it, and then releases the resulting vacuum what is announced by a hissing sound.
