Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines einseitig acylierten Derivates des Äthylendiamins. Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem einseitig acylierten Derivat des Äthylendi- amins gelangen kann, indem man as. Diäthyl- äthylendiamin mit -einer das Radikal der Ölsäure enthaltenden Verbindung, wie z. B.
Ölsäure, - Ölsäurehalogeniden bezw. -estern oder Ölsäureanhydrid in üblicher Weise be handelt.
Das Oleyldiäthyläthylendiamid stellt ein dickes, nicht destillierbares 01 dar, das in Wasser unlöslich, in organischen Lösungs mitteln löslich ist. Es bildet mit Säuren wasserlösliche Salze, von denen zum Beispiel das Chlorhydrat, Silicofluorid, Citrat, Lactat. Benzoat, p-Chlorbenzoat, Salicylat dicke 01e darstellen. Die neue Verbindung soll ent weder als solche oder in Form ihrer Salze zu technischen und therapeutischen Zwecken Verwendung finden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 282 Teile Ölsäure und 116 Teile as. Di- äthyläthylendiamin werden zusammen zehn Stunden entweder offen oder im -eschlosse- nen Gefäss auf 200 bis 220 erhitzt. Das Re aktionsprodukt wird im Vakuum auf 100 erhitzt, wobei das gebildete Wasser abdestil- liert. Das zurückbleibende Oleyldiäthyl- äthylendiamid kann ohne weitere Reinigung verwendet werden.
