24 miteinander in Ver bindung.
Device for dyeing, bleaching, etc., of thread in strand form. The subject of the present invention is a device for dyeing, bleaching etc. of yarn in strand form, in which the liquor is carried through the yarn receiving chamber by means of a pump with always constant direction of rotation.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: FIG. 1 schematically shows a vertical section through the device, along line A-B of FIG. 3; Fig. 2 is a plan view of the device partially cut along line C-D of Fig. 1; FIG. 3 shows a section along the line E - F in FIG. 1.
The device shown has a stationary housing 1, in wel chem a motor-driven pump 2 is installed in a partition 3, which pump promotes the dye liquor from a room 4 to a room 5 of the housing 1. In room 5, a filter 6 is arranged to be exchangeable, through which the liquor sweeps. From the room 5 an opening 7 leads to a chamber B. The latter can divider 9 by means of a Ver with a. Chamber 10 are set in connec tion, which is in connec tion through an opening 11 with a division 12a of the chamber intended for receiving the yarn.
Further departments 12b, 12C, 12a are connected to department 12a and departments 13a to 18a of the chamber are located next to these departments 12a to 12d. The successive Kammerabteilun conditions are alternately above and below through openings 16 respectively. 24 in connection with each other. The chamber is made of releasably mitein other connected parts, namely wall parts 31, partitions 15, 32, 33 ceiling parts 34 and floor parts 35, set together.
Through an end wall 18 of the chamber and through a device acting on this, not shown in the drawing, the detachably interconnected chamber parts are pressed against the intermediate wall 86 of the housing 1, such that a sealed closed chamber is formed.
The compartment 13a is connected to a channel 21 of the housing 1 by means of an opening 20, and the latter can be connected through the distributor 9 to a chamber 22, which in turn is connected through a channel in the horizontal partition at the top is connected to the room d, which latter is above the chambers 10, 21 and 22.
The liquor goes away from the pump 2 through the filter 6 at the drawn bar of the distributor 9 and passes through the chambers 8 and 10 into the compartments 12a. to 12ä, 13ä to 13a, in which the liquor rises and falls in a zigzag and thereby flows through the yarn to be treated. The liquor passes through the opening 20 from the compartment 13a into the channel 21, through the distributor 9 into the chamber 22 and from there back up into the chamber .1, where it is picked up again by the pump.
The chamber 4 is covered at the top by a wall which has a filling opening 26 for the liquor. After switching the distributor 9 in the dashed-dot position, the liquor passes through the treatment chamber in the reverse direction. In any case, the liquor flows through the filter 6 in an always pale direction.
After removing the end wall 18, the detachably interconnected chamber parts, for. B. by means of a crane, removed. The design of the chamber also makes it possible to change the number of compartments in the chamber and thus the chamber size. For example, by removing the parts 15, 31 to 35 delimiting the compartments 12a, 12b, 13a, 13b, the chamber can be reduced to four compartments and half the size.
The division of the chamber into detachably connected parts and the number of chamber compartments can also be chosen differently than as shown. The individual chamber departments or a group of chamber departments belonging to the detachably connected parts can also be arranged to be mobile or slidable in order to be able to quickly put together any size chambers.
