Machine for finishing footwear. The subject of the present invention is a machine intended for the manufacture of footwear, the peculiarity of which is that it has an electric drive motor with a shaft protruding beyond the motor housing, a plurality of working organs serving for the manufacture of footwear being arranged on the free shaft part is.
From the subject matter of the invention, the accompanying drawings illustrate an example embodiment in Fig. 1 in elevation, and in Fig. 2 in side elevation.
It is a console, by means of which the machine can be attached to a wall or a stand as desired. On the console 1, the electric drive motor 2 is placed, the shaft 3 at both ends is extended ver beyond the motor housing. On one side of the motor housing, a pumice top 4 is attached to the shaft 3 and also a disk 5 and a cylinder 6. On the other side of the motor housing is a stepped body 7, a brush 8 and a disk on the shaft 3 9 moored. .
The mentioned working organs 4 to 9, the NEN for the completion of footwear, after the same has been provided with sole and heel. The pumice disk 4 is intended for both the treatment of the sole and the paragraph, and the disk 5 is used for Ausbezw. Glazing off the heel, the cylinder 6 performs the same service for the sole. The individual stages of the Stufenkör pers 7 are intended for polishing the sole edges (manufacture .der sole cuts), the brush 8 service cleaning work and the disc 9 polishing work.
The motor 2 is provided with a starter built into a housing, which can be adjusted by means of a lever 10 protruding from the motor housing. The motor is also equipped with a socket 11 so that it can be conveniently connected to existing power lines.
The working organs 4 to 6 of the shaft 3 are located in the area of a suction hood 12 for extracting the dust developed when using those working parts BEZW. the resulting material waste. Purpose = He aiming a powerful suction 12 four suction slots 13 are placed on the hood. A pipe 14 leads from the hood 12 to a fan 15, which on the other hand is connected to a collector (not shown) (for the material waste).
The fan 15 is attached with its housing to a Boch 16 screwed tightly to the console 1. The rotor of the blower is driven by a string drive 17 from the shaft 3; however, this drive can advantageously be switched off when an activity of the suction device is not required and also when the motor is started.
This deactivation: of the fan drive is made possible by the fact that the rotor axis 18 of the fan is mounted on a support lever 19, the axis of rotation 20 of which is attached to the fan housing; the support lever 19 can be inserted into one or the other of two notches of a bridge 21 provided on the fan housing, thereby relaxing or tensioning the string of the string drive 17, depending on whether the fan rotor is to be stopped or driven.
Compared to a so-called cleaning machine of a known type with a special working shaft driven by the motor, the machine explained here is particularly notable for its considerably simpler and more practical design; this machine can, if desired, also be equipped with working organs, e.g. B. special milling tools bearing additional shaft are equipped.
Of course, the number and type of working organs sitting on the extended motor shaft can be made differently; interchangeable work organs can also be provided.
