Description

Electrical illumination device. The object of the invention is an electrical illumination apparatus, characterized by a socket body supported by a flexible material tube, electrically conductive, containing at least one insulated conductor, one of the poles of the socket body being electrically connected to the conductive tube and the other to the insulated wire passing through @th-last.

The attached drawing shows, by way of example, id @ them embodiments of the object of the invention.

Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section through an apparatus comprising a socket body fixed to a support tube of conductive material and an internal insulated conductor; Fig. 2 shows an apparatus comprising several bodies of sleeves. Whose flexible tubes @dIe support are combined into a bouquet.

In the two figures A is a threaded metal socket co'rps to receive the threaded lot of a low voltage light bulb. This body A is welded in G to a metal tube B serving as a support. This tube is of a relatively small diameter, to represent the stem of a flower, of which the @caTps A would represent the calyx.

The weld G takes the form - of a bour relet possibly combined with a thickening serving both to strengthen the stem where it bears the flower and to simulate the bulge, natural stems and the - chalice, flower.

In tube B is an insulated electrical conductor C which passes through an insulating washer 1) housed @Ians the bottom, of the socket A and carries a, part @ eontaet E, designed to come into contact .with the base: of the bulb forming one of the poles of the lamp.

The other pole -decette latter, which is formed by the threaded part of the bulb, is welded to the tube B which is connected lu '-.eme to one .dies poles die the source of electrk,.

This device makes it possible to give each element @ & e the illumination device a special appearance reminiscent of: flowers, thanks to the small dimensions of the sockets and to the, </ B> flexibility of the rods.

The device can have any number of: #s elements @ to form a bouquet, as shown in the figure. 12.
