Fig. 1 im Seitenriss mit Schnitt, und in
Fig. 2 im StirnriB, während
Fig. 3 eine Einzelheit im Querschnitt zeigt.
In diesem
Device for binding straw and other long-fiber material.
The invention relates to a device for binding straw and other long-fiber material, with a passage body, the opening of which summarizes the material to be bound and determines the cross-section of the container, and with a moving coil wrapping the rope.
The previous binding devices only allow the production of ropes, but not the binding of wreaths, which is carried out by hand as before and is quite time-consuming.
To be able to bind T-Tin wreaths, according to the invention, the through body is formed by a dismountable shaped ring, so that a container formed into a self-contained wreath can be lifted out of the shaped ring after it has been dismantled.
An example embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown in FIG
Fig. 1 in side elevation with section, and in
Fig. 2 in the head while
Figure 3 shows a detail in cross section.
A housing 1 with a hinged cover 2, which is hinged in FIG. 3 and can be secured in the closed position by means of a hinge handle 4, contains a toothed wheel 5, as well as a toothed ring 6 meshing with it, which is placed on the ring 7 serving to shape the material to be bound , which appropriately represents a slide. Form ring 7 and ring gear 6 are each composed of two halves in the direction of the circumference. A carrier 8 is provided on the form ring 7, on which the reel 9 is detachably mounted and which supplies the binding element for the strand of material.
The binding element is clureh two guide eyes 10 and passed between them under a spring-loaded tensioning plate 11. 12 is a protective hood worn by the Deelcel 2, which covers the web to be carried out by the coil 9. 13 is a removable insert protruding into the ring 7, which reduces the circular passage of the ring 7 to approximately half and contrasts the still free, semicircular surface of the ring with a slightly curved surface.
The so esehaffene free passage of the molded ring 7 is decisive for the
Cross-sectional shape of the strand of material to be formed. The free passage cross-section of the ring 7 has the cross-section of a not completely closed ring track 14, the illustrated one end is not far from the exit side of the ring 7 opposite it, while the other (not shown) end of that ring track- is directed towards the entry side of the ring 7, without, however, protruding into the path which is intended for the material binding the wu before reaching the forming ring 7.
A shaft carrying the gear 5, which can be driven by motor power, is denoted by 15, a strand of material being produced with A and the binding member with B.
According to FIG. 1, the material to be bound is introduced from the left into the form ring 7, which is rotated by the ring gear 6 driven by the gearwheel 5. A thread 7 ′ provided on the inner circumference of the shape ringeg causes automatic conveyance of the forming material strand A, which in cross section assumes the semicircular shape of the free passage of the ring 7. The delivery spool 9 carried along by the form ring 7 circles around the material strand A coming out of the form ring and in the process wraps the binding element B around the strand in a straight line. which is thus bound.
As a result of the path indicated by the latter, the bound strand taken up by the ring web 14 is shaped into a ring which is closed after the free end of the
Strand A emerges from the other end of the ring track in order to then pass the shaped ring 7 a second time. The so-created ring of straw or the like can be exposed after opening the Mithelfenden Ge for storage of the form ring 2 and separating the two halves of the ring gear 6, and the form ring 7 respectively. remove.
When the insert 13 is removed, that is to say the entire opening of the molded ring 7 is exposed, the strand is given a circular cross-sectional shape, as indicated in FIGS. 1, 8. By providing several, mutually different inserts, different cross-sections of the passage of the molded ring and consequently strands of different cross-sections can be produced. The bundle can also be designed into a self-contained ring without the use of an annular track, in that ring-shaped inserts made of wood, wire or the like are placed in the bundle to be formed
Reinforcement can be inserted.
With the device he explained, straight-line containers can also be obtained; a short straight line as a continuation of the shaped ring, instead of an annular track, is provided for in two weeks. Instead of
The internal thread of the form ring can be provided in a known manner as a conveying means, a pair of rollers, which can be arranged either on the entry side or on the exit side of the form ring and can be equipped with driver tips. In this
Trap does not need to rotate the molded ring.
